Outstanding Performance: 9 PhysicsWallah Students in Bengaluru Score Over 99 Percentile in JEE Main 2025

Bengaluru 14th February 2025: PhysicsWallah (PW), an education company, has announced results in the JEE Main Session 1 2025 Exam, with four state toppers, one of whom secured 100 percentile from Gujarat, along with more than 612 students scoring above the 99.5 percentile, over 1359 students scoring above the 99 percentile, and 3548+ students scoring above the 98 percentile, with counting still underway.

Anupam Rasayan India Limited Reports Q3 and 9M FY25 Results

Surat, February 14, 2025: Anupam Rasayan India Ltd., one of India’s leading custom synthesis and specialty chemical player, has announced its financial results for the quarter December 31, 2024.

Consolidated Financial Highlights for nine month ended December 31, 2024:

  •   Total revenue for 9MFY25 was at ₹9,428 million as compared to ₹10,923 million in 9MFY24; down 14% YoY.
  • EBITDA (incl. other income) was at ₹2,624 million in 9MFY25 as compared to ₹3,062 million in 9MFY24, this would translate into 28% EBITDA margin in 9MFY25.
  • Profit After Tax was at ₹970 million in 9MFY25 as compared to ₹1,270 million in 9MFY24.

Consolidated Financial Highlights for Quarter ended December 31, 2024:

  •  Total revenue for Q3FY25 was at ₹3,866 million as compared to ₹2,979 million in Q3FY24; up 30% YoY.
  • EBITDA (incl. other income) was at ₹1,208 million in Q3FY25 as compared to ₹815 million in Q3FY24, up 48% and this would translate into 31% EBITDA margin in this quarter.
  • Profit After Tax was at ₹542 million in Q3FY25 as compared to ₹260 million in Q3FY24; up 108% YoY.

Speaking on the performance, Mr Anand Desai, Managing Director, Anupam Rasayan commented, “Our Pharma and Polymer segments, which have emerged as key growth drivers, continue to strengthen their contribution to our revenue. Both the segments coupled with strong performance of Tanfac led to significant growth this quarter, fueling a robust 31% QoQ revenue growth in Q3FY25 on a consolidated basis. For the full year, we expect them to play a substantial role in overall revenue, with this upward trend projected to continue into FY26. Additionally, the Agrochemical segment has shown signs of recovery, particularly in the European market.”

“With strong demand momentum and expected off-take from our customers, we anticipate regaining our growth trajectory in the next financial year, aiming for a 30-35% revenue increase in FY26.”

Former IRS and SEBI Whole-Time Member Rajeev Agarwal Joins Paytm Money’s Board as Non-Executive Director

Nasscom Foundation and MathCo Team Up to Provide Lifelong Skills to Neurodivergent Youth

New Delhi, 14 February, 2025: In a focused effort to enhance skilling and employability for neurodivergent youth, Nasscom Foundation, in collaboration with MathCo, a global leader in Enterprise AI and Analytics has launched Data Annotation Skill Development Program for Neurodivergent Youth. The initiative aims to skill neurodivergent individuals with specialised, job-specific training in data annotation which is a highly sought-after skill in the fast-growing field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

What makes this inclusion program special is the focus on providing employment opportunities for the neurodivergent individuals. The program focuses not only on providing participants with specialised training in data annotation but also equipping them with soft skills, mentorship and building confidence to enhance their employability and support their long-term career success.

Through a strong post-placement intervention, it also seeks to assist organizations in continuing to provide neurodivergent youth with a supportive and inclusive environment. This promotes a more diversified workforce, career advancement, and job retention while also aiding in the development of an inclusive culture.

The launch event, held on 12th Feb 2025 at MathCo’s Bangalore office, celebrated the power of inclusivity and the potential of neurodivergent individuals in the corporate sector. The event was attended by over 75 people, including those joining online via Zoom. Attendees included the MathCo team led by Aditya Kumbakonam, Chief Operating Officer and Cofounder, the Nasscom Foundation team led by Roy C Thomas, Orchvate representatives, program beneficiaries, and their parents. The Nasscom Foundation – MathCo collaboration led initiative will train 50 neurodivergent individuals, requiring a foundational level of education. To ensure that the program is tailored to the specific needs of the Neurodivergent community, we have also partnered with Orchvate, experts in training and coaching neurodivergent youth to leverage on their insights in skilling neurodivergent individuals. The training would run in two phases, each consisting of 25 participants. Participants will undergo assessments, receive specialised data annotation training and earn industry-certified certification to enhance their career prospects.

This initiative will provide neurodivergent youth with a very critical and relevant skill of data annotation. Data Annotation entails labelling or tagging data with relevant information to create high-quality training datasets for machine learning-based AI models. It forms the foundational layer for AI applications so that the machines can understand, interpret and process various types of data. This skill is essential for the continued growth and accuracy of AI systems across various use cases and industries and hence is in demand.
