Mumbai, India, 11th May 2024: Sleepwell, India’s leading and most trusted mattress brand has created a special ode to moms who lose their sleep in the pursuit of raising their child, but do it all with a smile on their face. The campaign titled #SleeplessMoms narrates the story of the unsung efforts of mothers and ignorance of their sacrifice and resilience.

The campaign idea germinated from the findings of a survey called the Indian Sleep Disorders Association where it was revealed that on average, Indian mothers get 1-2 hours less sleep per night compared to their non-parent counterparts. This staggering statistic sheds light on the reality of sleep deprivation in our society and its impact on maternal well-being. It also takes a toll on their cognitive abilities where another research from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences found that sleep-deprived mothers experience a 20% decrease in cognitive function.

Sleepwell took to its social media platforms to spread awareness about these concerning statistics with thought-provoking creatives and questions to not just spread awareness but also question the biases of the audience. The brand believes that caring for mothers goes beyond a single day of celebration and it is a commitment rooted in compassion and understanding.

CrowdStrike Announces the Falcon Next-Gen SIEM ISV Ecosystem, Open to Integrating the Most Third-Party Data Sources to Power the AI-Native SOC

BENGALURU, India – 11th May 2024. CrowdStrike announced that CrowdStrike Falcon® Next-Gen SIEM now supports the largest ecosystem of ISV data sources of any pure-play cybersecurity vendor. Data from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloudflare, Cribl, ExtraHop, Okta, Rubrik, Zscaler, and over 500 security and IT leaders can be seamlessly integrated with Falcon platform data, threat intelligence, AI and workflow automation to power the AI-native SOC and provide security teams with the centralized insights they need to stop breaches faster than ever before.

Security operations are a data problem. The growing number of security and IT solutions in enterprise environments makes it increasingly difficult to solve. Multiple agents, disparate consoles, and piecemeal workflows create data silos that require excess human integration and operational investment. Legacy SIEMs attempted to stitch data together, serving as point-in-time relief from a chronic problem. In today’s AI-powered enterprise, the legacy SIEM is no longer effective, creating blind spots, prolonging investigations, and preventing security teams from matching adversary speeds. Legacy data schemas complicate ingesting ever-expanding data sources. Running modern security and IT operations requires a fundamentally different AI platform approach to ingestion, analytics, and response orchestration. Most importantly, it requires the foundational ecosystem of data content from the tools used by enterprises across the globe.

The CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM ISV ecosystem allows security teams to seamlessly ingest, retain, search, and analyze data from over 500 sources. This, combined with Falcon data, threat intelligence, AI, and workflow automation, advances the AI-native SOC and provides security teams with unmatched speed and accuracy to stop breaches.

“CrowdStrike’s customer base, more than 500 supported integrations and diverse partner base creates unparalleled data gravity, putting us in the driver’s seat to create and lead the next-gen SIEM market,” said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer, CrowdStrike. “The AI-powered Falcon XDR platform – which welcomes third-party data – differentiates our approach. Together with our hundreds of ISV partners, we’re revolutionizing SIEM, combining an AI-native platform approach with the diverse data sources sought by the enterprise. The ability to bring any data in, instantly gain insight and automate orchestrated responses is the next-gen SIEM game changer today’s enterprises need.”

500+ data sources. Faster detection and response.
Falcon Next-Gen SIEM is open to supporting over 500 ISV data sources with integrations available through the CrowdStrike Marketplace and CrowdStrike Github. Historical and real-time data is correlated and enriched with massive amounts of Falcon data, threat intelligence, AI, and workflow automation to provide security teams with the most comprehensive understanding of threat activity across environments and rapidly respond. Akshaya tritiya 7

Some of the people who fasted were as old as 86 years done young were just 19

It had more women than men. Some of them have fasted for 35 years.

The ceremony is called Akshay Tritiya Parna Mahotsav. It kicked off yesterday and concluded today.

Earlier all these 208 Jain’s drawn from across India, including 32 from the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad were ceremoniously taken in 25 well-decorated chariots in a km-long procession from Saibaba Temple in Gudi Malkapur to Dadawadi Jain Temple Karawan.

Vimlabhai Kochar from Nashik has been fasting by eating alternative day for the past 35 years. Kantha Bhai has been fasting for 16 years. Ugam Bhai Gandhi is an 81-year-old woman who has been fasting for the past 24 years. Kishore Golechs from Secunderabad who is into the cycling business has been fasting for 24 years. Sangeetha Kothari, a 52 years old woman has been fasting for the past 7 years.

Sunitha Vinod, 52 from Nashik has done first time. Krishi Bandari, a 19-year-old girl from Hyderabad has done fasting a second time. Says, that fasting has taught her to exercise control on anything we do excessively. It has also taught me a very good discipline in life.

Mahendra Lunwath from Hyderabad who has been fasting for 20 years said it is mind control over food. I decided in mind and I never had any problem in fasting. He urged youngsters and first-timers to start fasting at least once a week. In an era where food is available at the click of a mouse from food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato, fasting is the only way forward to exercise control over food. We are what we eat. Obesity is on the rise. The best way is to fast at least once a week he said

The fast-breaking ceremony was organized under the guidance of Jain Guru Dr Samkit Muni Ji and two other Jain Monks.

On this day about 2000 Jains from across India such as Nashik, Pune, Jodhpur, Karnataka, and Chennai, and Hyderabad participated

108 Jain’s ended their year-long alternate fasting with sugar cane juice disclosed Swarupchand Kothari, Gautam Chand Dank, Sajjan Gandhi, Annaraj Bafna, and Vinod Kimtee, the office bearers of the organising body.

In Jainism, Akshaya Tritiya is important as it commemorates the first Tirthankara, Rishab dev Bhagwan, ending his one-year asceticism(severe self-discipline and avoiding all forms of indulgence) by consuming sugarcane juice poured into his cupped hands. Some Jains refer to the festival as Akashya Tritiya Parna Mahotsav. The ascetic practices include simple living, begging, fasting, and ethical practices such as humility, compassion, meditation, patience, and prayer. Akshay Tritiya Parna Mahotsav brings to an end to such a year-long strict self-discipline.

Akshay Tritiya Parna Mahotsav was organized by Shri Vardhaman Sthanakvasi Jain Shravak Sangh, Greater Hyderabad
