Dance Jodi Dance Reloaded 3 Brings Hope and Happiness on International Dance Day

Zee Tamil redefines dance on International Dance Day with a heartwarming initiative by the contestants of Dance Jodi Dance Reloaded 3. The DJD Reloaded 3 team including anchor Mirchi Vijay, select contestants, and crew members visited Samarpana, a home for differently abled individuals in Chennai. The team spent meaningful time with the residents, dancing with them, sharing laughter, and creating unforgettable memories. The heartfelt moments were captured in a video released on Zee Tamil’s social media platforms, which quickly went viral and touched thousands of viewers. This initiative beautifully echoed the show’s belief that dance transcends barriers and has the power to connect and uplift lives.
Zee Tamil’s flagship dance reality show airs every Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 PM to 10 PM and is designed to give aspiring dancers across Tamil Nadu a platform to shine. Selected through state-wide auditions, these participants are paired with celebrity dancers to perform as jodis (couples), showcasing their skills to a wider audience. The show is anchored by the dynamic duo Mirchi Vijay and Manimegalai and is judged by a stellar panel of judges comprising actress Sneha, celebrated choreographer Baba Bhaskar, and actress Varalakshmi Sarathkumar. Celebrating 70 Years of ‘Inspector’ – Nadiadwala’s First Cinematic Milestone
In 1955, Inspector hit the silver screen, marking the start of a legendary journey in Indian cinema. Produced by Mr. Abdul Karim Nadiadwala (A.K. Nadiadwala), it was the very first film under the iconic Nadiadwala banner. Starring veterans like Ashok Kumar, Geeta Bali, and Pran, and directed by Shakti Samanta, the film laid the foundation for a cinematic legacy that would span decades.
Before entering the world of films, A.K. Nadiadwala was a successful name in the construction business. One of his landmark projects was Pushpa Park in Malad, named in honour of his beloved wife. Born in Nadiad, Gujarat, from where his surname comes, he owned half the city before making Mumbai his home and cinema his calling.
From real estate to reel life, his journey was marked by a series of memorable films that left a lasting impact on Indian cinema. Some of these include: Taj Mahal (1963), Chitralekha (1964), Izzat (1968), Amar Shakti (1978) and many more.
As Inspector completes 70 glorious years, we honor the vision and pioneering spirit of A.K. Nadiadwala, who not only built homes but also built dreams on celluloid.

Working alongside Nimrat and Amol felt like being in the eye of a storm where she is raw, unpredictable, but incredibly fulfilling. This role pushed me in all the right ways, and I couldn’t be more excited for the world to see it.”
Amol Parashar, who plays Abhimanyu Raisinggh, expressed, “My character is chaos wrapped in charm. He’s fragile, angry, entitled and yet, somewhere, you feel for him. Playing him was like peeling an onion; each layer got darker and more painful. Some scenes left me drained and it felt personal. That’s how well-written Kull is, it is a deep dive into broken relationships, greed, and haunting guilt. When I was told Ekta Kapoor was producing Kull and it will stream on JioHotstar, I was honestly shocked in the best way. It’s bold, fresh, and nothing like we’ve seen before. I’ve always admired Nimrat’s strength on and off screen. Watching her bring Indrani to life gave me something to lean on.”
