Anoop Jalota reached Pink City Jaipur with the flag of Hindutva
Jaipur: one of the most organized cities of India, has become the center of discussion these days. Bhajan emperor Anoop Jalota has reached Jaipur, famous as the Pink City of India, to promote his upcoming film Hindutva. Talking about the film Hindutva, bhajan emperor Anoop Jalota said that this film adorned with his acting and bhajans will be released on Mask TV OTT platform on 9th February. Anoop Jalota will be seen playing an important role in this film. The film Hindutva is based on the story of a generation that has no attachment to the disintegration of its culture, this generation does not know how dire its future can be if its basic identity is erased. In the film Hindutva, the real meaning of pseudo-secularism and Hindutva has been explained. In which a girl deviates from her religion and falls into the clutches of a boy of another religion, who later regrets his actions and a boy from his college tries to bring her on the right path. This is the story of Hindutva in which complete integration of religion, morality, dedication, revenge, culture, and harmony will be seen.

Pune, February 3: In an effort to promote inclusivity and empower the disabled students, the National Centre for Promotion of Employment for Disabled People (NCPEDP) partnered with Bajaj Finserv Limited in 2023 to introduce a scholarship program for disabled students in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. As part of its endeavor to raise awareness on the Scholarship, NCPEDP in collaboration with Centre for Disability Studies and Inclusive Education, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) organized a capacity building workshop on Wednesday.
The program, providing scholarships of up to Rs 1 lakh, aims to support 100 disabled students across various education levels, including Secondary, Senior Secondary, and Higher Education.
The event, supported by Bajaj Finserv, provided a platform for experts from different fields to share insights on disability laws in India. It also aimed to foster comprehension of various skills essential for excelling in both academic studies and professional careers among students with disabilities. The Pune workshop featured informative sessions led by experts.
While reaffirming the organization’s commitment to providing quality education to disabled students, Arman Ali, the Executive Director of NCPEDP, shared insights on the necessity of infrastructural accessibility. He stated, “Unless we change the infrastructure, it is difficult to convert persons with disabilities into assets. Given the substantial number of people with disabilities in India, they should be recognized as an important segment with the capacity to contribute to the country’s economy, and this is not possible without education.”
Pravin Puri, IAS, Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Maharashtra, shared that the state has taken various steps to promote and implement the RPwD Act 2016, ensuring accessibility in public buildings.
Puri also mentioned that a comprehensive action plan has been prepared to make 1200 identified public buildings accessible. Additionally, concerned departments have been directed to allocate separate budgets within their respective domains. Since 2016, the department has issued an order to establish redressal cells in all government departments and agencies.
Highlighting the importance of seeking recourse through the disability court, Puri stated that the state has started adhering to the RPwD Act 2016 by identifying government employment posts and incorporating a redressal mechanism in future job advertisements to address the exclusion of persons with disabilities and uphold their rights. He also affirmed that in Maharashtra, local self-government has allocated a 5% budget for schemes and programs for persons with disabilities, underscoring the importance of public awareness regarding the implementation of these provisions.
Suresh Gosavi, Vice Chancellor of SPPU, shared that the institute is actively working to make the campus accessible and inclusive for all students. He also mentioned that the ideas and suggestions discussed in the workshop will contribute to the development of a white paper focusing on infrastructural and digital accessibility. While acknowledging existing drawbacks, Gosavi assured that efforts will be made to enhance campus accessibility.
The Pune workshop engaged over 100 participants, including students with disabilities, students without disabilities, teachers, and parents. The sessions offered valuable insights and facilitated knowledge-sharing, fostering a deeper understanding of disability rights and related issues.
The NCPEDP-Bajaj Finserv Scholarship program is a commitment to promote inclusivity and empower disabled students through education by providing them with all the necessary resources. It helps them be prepared to explore opportunities that come their way and excel in academics.

SFA Championships gears up to discover the “number one school in sports” inDelhi
New Delhi, February 3rd, 2024: Delhi witnessed an exhilarating Day 6 of the SFA Championships as Chess and Karate kicked off at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex while Football matches culminated at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Anticipation grew as Delhi awaits the announcement of the “number one school in sports” in the city, recognising the dedication, talent, and determination of its young athletes. Noida Educational Academy is currently leading with an impressive 115 points. Following closely behind, Manava Bhawna Public School, Nathupura, is in the second position with 111 points, while Pathways World School, Gurugram, is in the third position with 89 points.
The day saw incredible talent across sports where Jigyasa Negi, 14-year-old Karate player from Kendriya Vidyalaya who won a bronze medal at the national level and gold and silver medals at the state level, said, “I began my Karate journey at the age of six, and over the past seven years, I’ve received immense support from my friends, coach, and family. Participating in the Independence Cup at the international level provided a unique learning experience and taking these learnings forward, I look forward to competing in National tournaments as well as in the Delhi Olympics. Air India Announces the Appointment of Ravindra Kumar G.P. as Chief Human Resources Officer
Bangalore, 03 February 2024: Air India today announced the appointment of Ravindra Kumar G.P. as Chief Human Resources Officer, reporting to CEO & MD Campbell Wilson.
Ravi will formally assume the role on 1 April 2024, succeeding Dr Suresh Dutt Tripathi who is retiring.
Following a long career with General Electric Company, the last four years of which as CHRO for South Asia, Ravi joins from Tata Motors Limited where he has held the role of President & CHRO since 2018.
Announcing the transition, Campbell Wilson, CEO & MD of Air India, said: “We are delighted to have Ravi join the Air India team, and we look forward to his contribution to the next phase of our transformation journey. At the same time as welcoming Ravi, we acknowledge the outstanding contribution of Suresh who, upon Air India’s privatization, answered the call and has played a vital role over the last two years. India Hyderabad 02 February 2024: Andhra Pradesh and Telangana NCC Directorate shines at the Republic Day Camp 2024. The month-long Republic Day Camp 2024 was conducted at Cariappa Parade Ground in Delhi Cantt wef 01 Jan to 29 Jan 2024.
In a remarkable display of excellence, the contingent of 128 cadets of AP&T NCC Directorate showcased their prowess at the RDC Camp 2024 and won several accolades. Junior Division Cadets SGT M. Srisanth and Cdt N. Dheeraj have clinched the prestigious titles of All India Best Cadet in Army and Navy, respectively. And they were the proud recipients of the Best Cadet trophy and cane awarded by Hon’ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi during Republic Day Parade. Cadets Sk Rehana, SUO S Chittesh Rao and Cpl G Lohith have won Gold Medals in different categories of equestrian events.
In addition, cadet SUO Akanksha Bhosle has stood second in Best Cadet Army Senior Wing category. Cadet Mahi Baldev has won DGNCC Commendation Card for her excellent performance during various VIP visits and centrally organized functions during RDC. Additionally, 15 spirited Senior Wing Cadets from the Directorate have proudly marched along Karthavyapath, symbolizing their unwavering commitment to the nation and its foundational values on Republic Day 2024. Table Tennis wonder Grace and Carrom prodigy Faaiz Qureshi shine at Delhi SFA Championships
New Delhi, February 1st, 2024: In the quest to identify and empower budding talent across the nation, SFA Championships saw the incredible talent of U-12 Table Tennis player, Grace and U-18 Carrom champion Faaiz Qureshi.
Nine-year-old National-level Table Tennis player, Grace from Manav Sthali School shared, “I practice everyday for 8 hours and have competed at state and national levels. Competing against my friend at the SFA Championships and winning the gold medal in the finals was unique learning experience. The excellent tables made it even more enjoyable and thrilling for me”.
On the other hand Faaiz Qureshi from N. P. Boys Sr. Secondary School, with a 5th rank (nationally) in Carrom, shared his experience, “I started playing Carrom at the age of six, inspired by my father and brother. I aspire to play like the world champion, K. Srinivasan, and compete in international matches, to become the world’s best carrom player. I believe competitions like SFA Championships provide the well-needed exposure that helps us focus on our shortcomings in each match and thrive to play better.”
The fifth day of the SFA Championships in Delhi witnessed exhilarating kickoffs of Badminton, Carrom, and Table Tennis at the prestigious Indira Gandhi Sports Complex. Meanwhile, the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium witnessed incredible talent in Football and Tennis. In the carrom arena, U-12 to U-18 boys exhibited remarkable precision, meanwhile, badminton saw young talents in the U-11 to U-19 categories, highlighting their skills and determination. The Table Tennis courts witnessed fierce battles among competitors in the U-10 to U-19 categories, and Football matches of U-10 to U-16 boys, unfolded with intense action and fierce rivalries. Simultaneously, the Tennis finals for U-10 to U-18 boys was a stunning experience for both, participants and spectators alike.

Chennai: February 01, 2024: Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited, a leading Housing Finance Company has declared its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.

Performance Highlights
· Disbursements for 9M FY 24 was at Rs. 2,159 crores – 25% increase Y-o-Y
· 12 new branches added in Q3 FY 24 and 31 branches opened YTD with a total distribution network of 262 branches as on 31st December 2023

Commenting on the results, Mr. P. Balaji, Managing Director, said,
“During the 9 months FY24, we opened 31 branches and have widened our presence through a strong network of 262 branches assuring best service to all our customers. We disbursed 2,159 crores registering a growth of 25% year on year. We continued to grow consistently and delivered an AUM growth of 28% year on year.
Digital adoption has been strong with steady improvement in business generation through leads generated from customer referral app, eco partners app and social media channels. Our customer-centric digital platform and AI/ML supported credit evaluation process ensures timely loans to our customers.
We consistently maintained low levels of NPAs over the years and continue to focus on good quality of assets with Gross NPA at 1.19% as on December 31, 2023.
PAT has grown by 22% on y-o-y and 6% on q-o-q basis. Our ROA and ROE remained solid at 8.06% and 17.10% respectively.
As on December 31, 2023, we have maintained a sufficient liquidity of Rs. 961 crores including undrawn sanctions of Rs. 300 crores from NHB and Rs. 310 crores from various banks. The Company is well capitalized with a net worth of over Rs. 3,700 crores.
To take the Company to the next level of growth, middle management viz. sales, credit, collections and IT have been strengthened.
As we move forward, we will remain focused on expanding our customer base both in existing and new geographies and further strengthen our position as a leading affordable housing finance company in the country.”
