Hubilo creates captivating and interactive webinars using Agora

Toyota Kirloskar Motor Drives Sustainable Community Development
Bangalore, 31 January 2024: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM), today announced the successful execution of its 29th iCARE initiative, held at Government High School, Kengeri on 28th January’24, the activity is a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to sustainable community development thereby bringing about a positive change to the surrounding communities. In a synergistic celebration of National Road Safety Month and the International Day of Education, about 350 volunteers comprising of TKM employees and their families and students were engaged in two impactful activities at Government High School, Kengeri, one aimed at fostering safe driving practices and the other, to provide a more inclusive learning environment for school children.
The National Road Safety Month serves as a dedicated period to instill and promote road safety awareness in young minds, ultimately contributing to life-saving measures and reducing road accidents. In this backdrop, a mentoring session on road safety was held, where volunteers mentored school children on safety measures while driving and sensitized the meaning and importance of following road signs. Students were also provided with assessment sheets to test their knowledge on road safety, followed by a review and explanation by the volunteers.

Football knockouts and kabbadi matches take centre stage at Delhi SFA Championships
New Delhi, January 30th, 2024: Day 2 at the Delhi SFA Championships unfolded with the kickoff of football at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium and Kabaddi at the Noida Educational Academy.
At the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium football enthusiasts in the U-18 boys quarterfinals battled out for victory on the field. U-18 footballer Kshaunish Gawri from GD Goenka Public School, and a victorious participant in the Goa Super Cup charity match, expressed, “I started playing football in 2014, inspired by Messi’s humble journey from a small town. My parents and coaches have been extremely supportive in my journey, especially my mother, who has done everything within her capacity to support me. Joining the Delhi Dynamos training camp in 2018 helped me understand the fundamentals of the game. I believe that every experience, be it a win or a loss, is an important part of our lives, and while we faced a disheartening loss at the SFA Championships today, it reminded us that there’s always room for growth. Championships like this one bring out our competitive side while humbling us parallelly, and hence, I look forward to participating at SFA Championships again.

Kolkata, 30th January 2024: The Annual Sports Meet of Techno India Group Public School, Garia ‘UDGAM- 2024’was an extravaganza which continued for five days with great mirth and verve. A wide array of sports events for all classes were held which included Flat Race, Pick Up the Healthy Food Race, Sandwich Race, Skipping Race, Backward Race, Sack Race, Anti Germs Race and so on. Students and teachers enjoyed the events wholeheartedly amidst the thrills and cheers. The Sports Meet had the theme–Green and Healthy India, it was declared open by releasing doves in the air which symbolizes peace in celebration of unity and strength. The rhythmic movements of the drill presented by students of Pre-Primary and Primary section enthralled the spectators. In all the other events, the athletes displayed their team spirit, vigour and physical prowess. Tagore House was adjudged the winner after the performances of the participants. Winners were given medals and trophies. On the penultimate day, Mrs Suman Sood, Director, BD Memorial Schools was the Chief Guest. The programme culminated on the 75th Republic Day which included a spectacular well-synchronized March Past by the four houses along with the unfurling of our National Flag by our respected Principal Madam Ms. Tania Sen and Prof. Madam Manoshi Roychowdhury, Co- Chairperson of Techno India Group. Parents, Staff and Heads of different units of TIGPS graced the occasion and the events were certainly a feast for the eyes.

Some of the prominent ones of the 12-member delegation were JAB Holdings (they own all the large coffee brands like Peets Coffee, Krispy Kreme and Pret), Whitestone Capital, Metaplanet holding (Founder of Skype) and Bjella Investments from Norway. The combined holdings of just these 4 Family offices are over $100B in assets under management.
The round table was the initiative of the Government of Telangana, NAR Infra Pvt. Ltd and Prasad Vanga, CEO and Founder of Anthill Venture, a Speed Scaling Ecosystem that invests in, and scales, early-stage companies in Media, Urban Tech and Health Tech. Prasad Vanga is a successful entrepreneur, angel investor and business transformation coach.

Speaking on the occasion D. Sridhar Babu said Telangana is the youngest but the best state in terms of human capital, infrastructure, proactive government and in ease of doing business. The state is not just competing with sister states in India, but is also competing with countries of our size. Please come forward and invest in the state. You will have minimal government intervention in your affairs. Last year the Telangana state got Rs 20,000 crore investments. This year we have already signed MoUs worth Rs 40,000 crore in investments.
Jayesh Ranjan asked why tech companies prefer Hyderabad and Telangana. It is because of the talent pool. When I say this, it doesn’t mean that other cities don’t have. We compete with cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Gurgaon. When compared to these cities our talent pool proved more productive, work-minded, and lived up to their deliverability. This was proven again during the pandemic. They proved to be a more responsible workforce. This was observed by many CEOs and they told us. The workforce here takes up challenges and lives up to those challenges. The attrition rate in Hyderabad is 6-7% lower compared to Bengaluru and the cost of acquiring talent is 15% lower.
The main driver of the tech industry is innovation. When I say these other cities are also doing well in terms of innovation and even better than us. But what makes this city apart from the rest is the innovation ecosystem and the state-of-the-art centres of excellence and innovation hubs, Jayesh Ranjan added.

IGCI’s 4th Artistic Gymnastics Meet Soars to New Heights
Bangalore, January 29, 2024 – IGCI’s 4th Artistic Gymnastics Invitational drew over 150 female gymnasts from various cities, aiming to revolutionize gymnastics competition through innovation, inclusivity, and a focus on individual progress. Organized by Coach Harish Parab, owner of The Gymnast, Mumbai a high-performance coach from Maharashtra, and Ms. Vivienne V, owner of RnR Fit Gymnastics Academy in Bengaluru, the meet took place at the academy on January 27th & 28th, 2024, from 8 am to 4 pm on both days. Gymnasts as young as 7 years old, hailing from over 15 cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Goa, Faridabad, and Delhi, participated across 8 levels.
