It is a four days championship

Total of three rounds in 3days and knockout round in Final day is going to happen in this championship.

ROUND I:

All Tenpin bowlers will play 1 block of 6 games.
Top 16 Tenpin bowlers based on total pin fall of 6 games will qualify for Round II.

Round 2nd

Top 16 Tenpin bowlers from Round I will play 1 block of 6 games.
Top 8 tenpin bowlers based on total pin fall of Round 1 and Round 2 will qualify for Round III.

Round III

Top 8 tenpin bowlers from Round II will play 1 block of 6 games.
Top 4 Tenpin bowlers based on total pin fall of Round 1, Round 2 and Round 3 qualify for the Knockout Round.

Simpl goes sustainable this World Environment Day; Plans month-long activities with employees

Bengaluru,3rd June 2023: Simpl – India’s foremost 1-tap checkout network – today announced the launch of a month-long campaign to observe World Environment Day and pledge its commitment to sustainability. NMIMS Bengaluru’s Social Responsibility Club Udyam Takes a Firm Stand Against Plastic Pollution on World Environment Day

Bengaluru,3rd June 2023: NMIMS Bengaluru, on the occasion of the upcoming World Environment Day, proudly announces a unique initiative by its “Udyam” dedicated to combating plastic pollution. Udyam, a student body, is the campus’ social responsibility club. Under the mission of “Zero Single-use Plastics,” the “Udyam” team 2023 has planned a series of activities throughout the year to create awareness and promote sustainable alternatives. These initiatives encompass awareness campaigns, plastic reduction challenges, competitions for viable alternatives to single-use plastics, advocacy for plastic-free events, and engaging workshops and panel discussions featuring renowned experts and environmental activists.

NMIMS Bengaluru envisions a comprehensive five-year transformation plan to achieve a fully green campus, focusing on three core themes: Water Conservation, Clean Energy, and Recycling. With exceptional rainwater harvesting systems in place, the institution further employs water-saving measures such as low-flow faucets and the utilization of treated and recycled water for flushing. Concurrently, the institute is actively formulating a five-year strategy to shift to renewable energy sources, with a particular emphasis on solar energy. Embracing sustainable transportation practices, including campus buses, carpooling, and cab pooling, is encouraged to minimise the carbon footprint.

Taking significant strides in combating plastic waste, NMIMS Bengaluru has already implemented reusable alternatives for water bottles, coffee cups, plates, and food containers within its premises. Moreover, the institute is dedicated to extending this practice to affiliated vendors, promoting a comprehensive approach towards plastic waste reduction.

Startling statistics indicate that over 8 million tons of plastic find their way into our oceans each year, posing severe threats to marine life and ecosystems. Furthermore, the persistence of plastic in the environment can take centuries to decompose, resulting in the accumulation of microplastics in water bodies, soil, and the food chain. The production and incineration of plastic waste contribute significantly to greenhouse gas emissions, exacerbating climate change and further emphasizing the need for sustainable alternatives.

The Farewell Party for H.E. Archil Dzuliashvili- Ambassador of Georgia

The farewell party for H.E. Archil Dzuliashvili, the Ambassador of Georgia to India, organized by Shivaz and Mandira Rai of DUDigital Global, was held at The Albatross Qutub Golf Course in New Delhi. The event began with a round of golf, where the participants, including diplomats and friends of H.E. Archil Dzuliashvili, had the opportunity to enjoy the sport. Following the golf session, a dinner was arranged for all the attendees. During the dinner, a small video was played, featuring farewell messages for H.E. Archil Dzuliashvili from his diplomatic friends. Since it was also an Independence day for Georgia, a cake was cut to celebrate the occasion.

National Pickleball Tournament to kick start on May 27th and 28th at Pakyong

Mumbai, 29th May 2023 The National Pickleball Tournament is all set to kick start on May 27th and 28th, 2023 in Pakyong. This tournament is expected to attract talented players from different parts of the country. Maharashtra is one of the 16 states in India that is affiliated to the All India Pickleball Association. The game of Pickleball is scheduled for inclusion in the 2024 Olympics.

Leading Web3 app, Chingari rewards Rs. 8 crores to creators and users through its Mining program

Bengaluru, 16 May 2023: World’s leading Web3 short video app, Chingari today announces the distribution of 15 million Gari tokens (Chingari’s native crypto tokens) equivalent to $1.01 million USD or Rs. 8.3 crore (approx) to creators and users through its innovative Gari mining program.
