TSG Bhasker honours Coach Manish Kumar Tiwari for Island’s victory in National Rowing Championship
The Rowing sportsperson of Andaman & Nicobar Islands Shri. S. Jagdish has brought laurels to the Islands by winning the Gold Medal in the “24th Sub-Junior and 6th Inter-State Challenge Sprint National Rowing Championship” held at Hyderabad from November 18 to 22.
Shri. S. Jagdish is a residential athlete of Sports Authority of India, STC Port Blair who is studying at GSSS Model. He has displayed unwavering commitment, determination, and passion in the National Rowing Championship which led him to victory.
To celebrate this achievement, Shri. TSG Bhasker, President, A&N Rowing Association honoured Shri. Manish Kumar Tiwari, Rowing Coach of A&N Islands with a Shawl at TSG Emerald View Hotel to recognize his vital role in molding Shri. S. Jagdish and preparing him to win the gold medal.
Shri. TSG Bhasker was optimistic about the performance of Shri. S. Jagdish will inspire many youths of A&N Islands to work hard in a totally disciplined manner in the sports streams of their choice.
