Since its inception, Stanza Living has aimed to reimagine rental living for young migrants pursuing education and career opportunities away from home. The platform offers high-quality residences with a host of services, including daily meals, gyms, laundry facilities, WiFi, and curated community events. What sets Stanza Living apart is its technology-first approach: community engagement, operations, and maintenance are all managed via the Stanza Living app, creating a seamless and standardized living experience across its portfolio.

Through this partnership, Stanza Living now processes utility payments via more than 18,000 smart meters, providing residents across 400 properties in 16 cities with real-time energy usage insights and monthly bills directly within the app.

Residents now have full visibility of their electricity consumption and costs, alongside other app functionalities like rent payment, service requests, laundry tracking, and food menu access all integrated into a single, seamless platform.
