“When I first read the script, I found myself genuinely laughing, it’s been a while since I’ve read something this funny and real. Comedy is tough, but the writing was spot-on, especially for my character Dodo. Dodo is that friend in every group who feels left behind, stuck in the rat race, and I think people will really relate to him. It took time to fully grasp his isolation and sense of being out of sync. Hanging out with Pratik and Avinash after shoots helped prepare me for the next day. The writing was brilliant, with humour naturally flowing through the characters. If reading it was this fun, I knew performing it would be a blast.”
Pratik Gandhi added,
“It’s always a joy to collaborate with such a fun and talented group like Kunal, Divyendu, Nora, and Avinash. I learned so much from each of them! We had countless funny moments on set, along with a few unexpected ones, like when I dislocated my shoulder. But Kunal, being the clear and inventive director he is, brilliantly decided to incorporate it into the film. That’s the level of creativity we had throughout the shoot. Each member of the cast brought a unique and intriguing character to life.”
Avinash Tiwary added, “I remember when Kunal was narrating the story to us, everyone was laughing their hearts out. I knew it was going to be a hit with the audience. We had so much fun on set, and let’s just say, some moments got too real. As for my character, it was something I had not done earlier. He is the smartest one in the group, yet very lively, there are so many layers to him. I’m super thrilled for everyone to watch this film on Zee Cinema and experience the same laughter we had while filming.”

“The script immediately caught my eye during the narration. It was fun and full of comic moments. The character I played is incredibly interesting. The campaign is a series of three films –
the first film sets the context for the idea by juxtaposing how other service providers are not salon experts due to their diluted service delivery and offers Yes Madam as the best solution to Shraddha’s needs.
Emboldened by her first experience Shraddha now introduces the brand to her father Shakti in the second film. As a doting father he enquires how Yes Madam can deliver the same personalised care and attention to his daughter’s needs in the same way he has been ensuring over the years. The third film (Yet to be released) is set to capture the festive season when the demand for home salon service peaks. Global Enterprise IT solutions provider Mouri Tech files draft papers for Rs 1,500-crore IPO
Mouri Tech, a leading global enterprise IT solutions and services company delivering a comprehensive portfolio of services, with a focus on end-to-end capabilities in intelligent enterprise resource planning (“iERP”) and enterprise digital transformation has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise Rs 1,500 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).
The IPO with a face value of Rs 10 per equity share is a mix of fresh issue and OFS. The IPO comprises fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 440 crore, and an offer-for-sale of shares worth Rs 1,060 crore by existing shareholders. The offer includes a reservation for subscription by eligible employees.
Promoters Sujai Paturu, and Anil Reddy Yerramreddy will be selling shares worth Rs 615 crore, and Rs 316 crore, respectively in the offer-for-sale. Non-promoter Srinivasu Rao Sandaka intends to offload equity shares worth Rs 129 crore.
The company, in consultation with the book-running lead managers may consider a Pre-IPO Placement, aggregating up to Rs 88 crores prior to filing of the Red Herring Prospectus. If such placement is completed, the fresh issue size will be reduced.
Mouri Tech proposes to utilize Rs. 165 cr from the Net Proceeds towards funding investment in one of its Material Subsidiaries, MT USA, for the repayment / prepayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by it and Rs. 125 cr for its working capital requirements. Further, the remaining funds will be utilised for inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
The Offer is being made through the book-building process, wherein not more than 50% of the offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to qualified institutional buyers, and not less than 15% shall be available for allocation to non-institutional bidders. Not less than 35% of the offer shall be available for allocation to retail individual investors.

SURFACEXP 2024 KICK-STARTS AT PALACE GROUNDS, BENGALURU
Bengaluru, September 27, 2024 — The inaugural edition of SURFACEXP 2024, organized by Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) – Bangalore North, was officially inaugurated today at Gate Number 6, Grand Castle, Palace Grounds. The event was launched by Sri Viplav J G, Director and CEO of Werner Finley, and Sri Rajesh T Ghashi, Managing Director of Chiron Indian Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. The expo will be open from September 26 to 28, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This year’s exhibition showcases cutting-edge advancements in surface coating technology and attracts key stakeholders from industries such as defense, aeronautics, and public sector undertakings (PSUs). Sri Sachin Sabnis, President of Laghu Udyog Bharathi – Karnataka, served as the guest of honor. At the same time, Sri K B Kotresh**, retired Regional Officer of KSPCB, Davanagere, attended as a special invitee.
