Sri Trang: Celebrating Krabi’s Culinary Soul;

Reopening on October 1, 2025, after an extensive refurbishment, Sri Trang now features a sophisticated design concept that blends modern elegance with warm, homely charm. Bespoke furnishings and refined décor elevate the ambiance, creating the ideal setting for authentic Thai dining.

Led by Chef Aong, the resort’s celebrated Thai culinary master, the restaurant introduces a refreshed Southern Thai menu inspired by the region’s tropical bounty and her own childhood memories. Krabi’s distinct culinary identity rooted in coconuts, shrimp paste, palm sugar, fragrant coastal herbs, and sustainably sourced Andaman seafood—shines through a curated selection of heartfelt seasonal dishes rarely found elsewhere in Thailand.

Pirom Bar: Where Light, Shadow & Spirits Converge;

Launching on October 15, Pirom Bar invites guests into an evocative world of crafted cocktails and refined spirits. Located on the second floor between Sri Trang and Jampoon, this intimate lounge captures the shifting mood of dusk with its dramatic interplay of light and dark.

Taking its name from the Thai word for “supreme joy,” Pirom Bar is designed for connection where conversations flow easily and evenings unfold with gin and whiskey-forward creations, handcrafted cocktails infused with local botanicals, and premium Champagnes. Guests can gather, unwind, and watch the Andaman horizon transform with the setting sun.

A Culinary Showcase: Four Hands Dinner with Chef Syrco Bakker;

On November 26, Phulay Bay will host an extraordinary Four Hands Dinner at Lae Lay, the resort’s acclaimed seafood restaurant. The one-night-only event will feature a six-course menu crafted by:
