UNOX, Italian Manufacturer of Professional Cooking and Baking Ovens, Opens Experience Lounges in Mumbai and Ludhiana

New Delhi, September 17, 2026: UNOX India has opened two new Experience Lounges in Mumbai and Ludhiana, adding to its network of facilities where chefs, bakers and foodservice professionals can experience professional cooking and baking equipment in a working environment.

The UNOX Lounge at Thomson & Thomsons in Mumbai was inaugurated on September 7, while the UNOX Lounge at Restrokart in Ludhiana was inaugurated on September 9. The openings bring the company’s Experience Lounge network to additional locations serving India’s hospitality and foodservice industry.

UNOX is an Italian manufacturer of professional cooking and baking ovens, with a portfolio that includes Commercial Combi Ovens, Commercial Speed Ovens, Commercial Convection Ovens and Hot Preservation Systems, serving hotels, restaurants, bakeries, cafés and other foodservice businesses. Its Experience Lounges are designed to provide a setting for product demonstrations, application trials and discussions around the requirements of professional kitchens and baking operations.

The Mumbai opening was attended by representatives of the Indian Hotel & Restaurant Association (AHAR), including its President, Shri Vijay K. Shetty, who also performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Ludhiana Lounge was inaugurated with the support of Chef Nellu Kaura.

The two new facilities add to UNOX India’s existing Lounge presence in Goa, Kochi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Guwahati and Kathmandu, as well as its existing presence in Mumbai, and the UNOX Experience Centre in Gurugram. The locations provide a setting for chefs, bakers and foodservice professionals to explore professional cooking and baking applications and assess equipment for their operational requirements.
