Statiq Chooses Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Works to Boost EV Charging Infrastructure in India
Dassault Systèmes(Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT8, DSY.PA) today announced that Statiq, India’s largest EV charging network, is using Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Works to develop reliable, accessible and affordable EV charging infrastructure in India. Statiq can focus on developing innovative solutions to accelerate India’s transition to sustainable mobility.
This adoption is driven by Statiq’s need to overcome product development, design and production-related challenges such as the lack of revision control and design validation, thelack of a single platform for multi-stakeholder collaboration, and difficulty in data segregation, tracking and retrieval.
The use of 3DEXPERIENCE Works on the cloud helped Statiq in the rapid design, development and review of EV charging solutions tailored for diverse customer requirements.3DEXPERIENCE Works is a portfolio of applications on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform, for SOLIDWORKS customers and small and mid-sized companies. The powerful and intuitive 3D product development solutions helped Statiq design and engineer engaging product experiences, and significantly reduced product development lifecycles by doing away with the need for extensive physical prototyping and testing.
Leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform’s ready-to-use applications, the team seamlessly collaborated digitally, significantly reducing task completion time by 60%. With access to a data repository on the cloud, Statiq was able to streamline the data segregation process and share non-CAD data along with designs. The collaborative working environment offered by the platform enabled multiple stakeholders operating across time zones and locations to work in sync. Inbuilt revision control made multiple CAD iterations possible in realtime, and the accuracy of the 3D models significantly reduced turnaround time and fabrication rework by identifying potential issues early on.

Mumbai, May 2nd, 2024: Tata Elxsi, a global leader in design and technology services, has won two iF DESIGN AWARDs in User Experience Design for its Sports and Entertainment OTT Experience solution and Product Design for the “Aha!” Tea Vending Machine for Chaayos.
The competition was intense: over 11,000 entries were submitted from 72 countries. A jury of 132 independent design experts from all over the world handpicked the final winner.
The Sports and Entertainment OTT Experience solution, developed by Tata Elxsi and recipient of the User Experience Design award, offers synchronised real-time data and user controls, enabling a seamless premium sports viewing experience. The solution addresses the saturated streaming market by targeting Millennials and Gen Z across diverse regions. The new solution streamlines multiple products into one platform, fostering brand loyalty and user engagement through AI-powered immersive ads and innovative monetisation opportunities.
Tata Elxsi developed the “Aha!” tea vending machine for Chaayos to bring authentic chai experiences to workplaces and academic institutions. Recently launched in the market, “Aha” machine is a one-of-a-kind, IoT-enabled device, catering to the Indian market with up to 50 customisation options directly from users’ phones. In a matter of less than 30 seconds, users can enjoy a freshly brewed cup of chai. Kumar Vikas Saxena’s It Makes Me Wonder Art Exhibition Captivates Art Enthusiasts

The preview party for Kumar Vikas Saxena’s Art Exhibition, titled “It Makes Me Wonder,” was filled with excitement. Kumar Vikas Saxena, who is not only the President of NGO Empowerment but also a passionate painter, has made a big impact in the art world.
Saxena’s art is all about blending dreams with reality. He paints pictures of grand buildings like monuments and temples but adds a modern twist. His goal is to make people ponder the connections between the past, present, and future.
The event was attended by many of Saxena’s friends, art enthusiasts, and fellow artists, as well as diplomats. Notable attendees included Nupur Kundu, Anadmoy Banerjee, Kanchan Chandra, Shampa Das, Curator Prayag Shukol, and Nidhi Jain.
Saxena believes that artists are always innovating. His art is influenced by his surroundings and where he lives. While he loves to showcase India’s rich history in his paintings, he also wants his art to resonate with everyone, not just a select few. With “It Makes Me Wonder,” Saxena wants to show how great our past was and how hopeful our future can be. He has made 12 paintings for this show, all done with acrylic paint on canvas. He hopes his art will make people think about how humans are all connected across time.
This show is a big deal for Saxena. He’s already had four shows of just his art before this one. His journey as an artist has been like a big, colorful blanket made with lots of hard work and love. He had some personal problems along the way, but people from all over the world have praised his art.
Saxena has been honored by important people like the Princess of Thailand and the Ministry of Culture in China. He feels grateful for the recognition of his art, which has been all about bringing different cultures together. From big art camps to living in different countries to make art, his paintings show how people from all over the world are connected.
As Saxena looks forward to the future, he wants to keep telling stories with his art. Every time he paints, he’s discovering new things about life. His paintings show the beauty and complexity of life with lots of energy and determination.
Kumar Vikas Saxena, an artist, grew up in Bareilly, a city in Uttar Pradesh, surrounded by art. His father and uncle were painters, so he learned about art from them. He also spent a lot of time in the mountains of Uttarakhand during his childhood, where he developed a deep love for nature. He finds beauty in nature’s rawness and reflects this love in his textured paintings.Artist Kumar Vikas has a strong love for earthy colors, especially yellow ochre. He believes that yellow is the most beautiful color, and almost all earthy tones make him feel a sense of belonging. These colors remind him of his hometown and the smell of its soil. Besides yellow, no other color gives him the same feeling of energy and positivity.
Kumar Vikas also has a special liking for earthy and dusty colors, but he can’t remember when they became so important to him. Maybe it’s been since he fell in love with his cultural heritage. Throughout history, yellow has been linked to rebirth and wisdom. Different cultures have used yellow in sacred and mythological symbols in various ways.
Yellow acts as a catalyst for Kumar Vikas’s original thoughts and curiosity. He longs to experience human civilization and history firsthand. When he sees historical buildings, temples, and places of worship, he wishes he could travel back in time and live among them.
The natural and rustic appearance of ancient buildings touches Kumar Vikas’s heart. The combination of earthy tones, stones, and rocks sparks new ideas in his artistic mind. It inspires him and gives him the energy to create, think, and paint.
Kumar Vikas’s journey begins at the site of a battle between the British army and fighters from Rohilkhand. Although it’s far from his hometown, the sight of the memorial excites him. The vast expanse of land and the dilapidated memorial attract him with their environment and colors. The atmosphere captivates him, leaving him feeling hypnotized.
This marked the beginning of Saxena’s journey as an artist, which has included many group shows, solo exhibitions, and international art projects. He studied painting at Kumaun University and started a non-profit organization called “Sashaktikaran” in 2002 to promote arts and crafts. Saxena’s art is inspired by grand structures and historical monuments. He admires the architects and artists behind these structures and tries to capture their essence in his paintings. He has traveled to various countries, including Sri Lanka, China, Thailand, and Europe, where he draws inspiration from different architectural styles. Saxena’s paintings reflect a blend of dream-like imagery and reality, depicting the connection between the past, present, and future. He incorporates nature into his work to convey a message about the importance of preserving the environment. His art often portrays the co-existence of human civilization and nature, showing both the beauty and destruction caused by human activities.

PLUSS Advanced Technologies launches Brrf PLUSS Jackets

New Delhi, 2nd May 2024: Pluss Advanced Technologies has launched a cooling wearable technology that can be worn by workers who are outdoors, such as on construction sites, mines, furnaces, shopfloor, in order to prevent heat stress related injuries and fatigue during hot temperatures.
A study conducted across 70,000 factories in India has estimated that there is a 4% drop in productivity for every 1 °C increase in temperature above 27 °C, as workers tend to be less productive and be absent more often at higher ambient temperatures. The wearable tech uses ‘phase change materials,’ which work on the principle of ‘energy storage and release’ to maintain a lower temperature than the ambient temperature.
The wearable cooling tech have been designed to offer two options:
The first design maintains the optimum thermal comfort for the body for up to 8 hours at an ambient temperature lower than 40 deg C. The solution consists of an inner vest which houses a pouch containing Phase Change Materials (PCM), and an outer jacket which is connected to pair of small ventilation fans attached that is powered by a portable Li-ion battery pack and the complete kit weighs just under 500 grams.
The second design maintains the optimum thermal comfort for the body for up to 8 hours at an ambient temperature higher than 40 deg C. The solution consists of an inner vest which houses four pouches containing Phase Change Materials (PCM), and an outer jacket which is connected to pair of small ventilation fans attached that is powered by a portable Li-ion battery pack and the complete kit weighs just under 2 Kilograms.
The Brrf-PLUSS wearable cooling tech is based on Phase Change Materials (PCM) technology that can maintain a temperature gradient of up to 15°C lower than the ambient temperature. The Phase Change Materials’ (PCM) pouches for the Brrf-Pluss jackets can be easily recharged by placing it in a refrigerator. A conventional refrigerator or commercial cooler that maintains a temperature of +10 deg C is sufficient to recharge the PCM packs. The Brrf-Pluss cooling tech themselves are easy to assemble, use and maintain, and come in a number of sizes and colours.
Commenting on the launch, Vishnu Sasidharan, Vice President, Pluss Advanced Technologies said, “The body’s normal temperature is 37 to 38 °C, when heat is excessive in the environment the body’s cooling mechanism takes up more energy and the rest of the body has to bear with less energy, which can explain the lower productivity during hot conditions. Brrf-Pluss jackets have been designed to make wearer constantly exposed to the environment comfortable during high temperatures.”
Use of PCMs for cooling serves as a better alternative to ice as temperature maintained with ice packs rise with time as ice melts. The ‘phase change materials’ have been designed and developed in India by Pluss Advanced Technologies; the vest fabric and design has been made by Mumbai based manufacturer. Pluss has received the National Technology Award from the Government of India in 2021 for development of ‘phase change materials’-based shipping box that maintains the desired temperature for pharma products, such as vaccines, during transportation and storage.

Hyderabad, 2nd May, 2024: Day 2 of the 125th birth anniversary week celebrations of Babuji Maharaj – the second in the lineage of Masters of Shri Ram Chandra Mission – took place at Kanha Shanti Vanam today. Former President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind was the Chief Guest to the occasion. The event witnessed the Ministry of Finance – Govt. of India launching a special commemorative silver coin from the RBI. Hon’ble Former President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind ji and Rev. Daaji – Guide of Heartfulness and President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission jointly released the special commemorative coin. The coin can be ordered directly from the Reserve Bank of India. A special souvenir was also released today to mark the landmark occasion on 125th birth anniversary of Babuji Maharaj available at various points at Kanha Shanti Vanam to take for the future generations as a memory for this unique occasion.
Former President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind ji (also Chairman – Celebrations Committee) officially launched the 125th birth anniversary celebrations of Pujya Shri Babuji Maharaj. Extending his heartfelt greetings on the auspicious occasion of birth anniversary celebrations of Pujya Babuji Maharaj said, “We are here to honour his profound legacy as spiritual leader. I am filled with gratitude to beloved Daaji who continues to carry forward the vision of Babuji Maharaj with unwavering dedication.” He spoke about his association with Shri Ram Chandra Mission right when Chaari ji was the Guide of the organisation. “The Master has immense love and compassion and I got to experience it.” He appreciated how well the Bhandaras are organised such that all the practitioners benefit from their visit to Kanha Shanti Vanam from all over the world. “Babuji Maharaj shared his vision of universal religion which is realised now in 2024 through Daaji’s visionary leadership of the Heartfulness Movement. Babuji Maharaj’s teachings have been ahead of their times. Today as science begins to validate the health benefits of meditation we see his foresight coming to fruition. The journey of Sahaj Marg from its inception to its global reach today is the testament to Babuji’s spiritual leadership through the special technique called Pranahuti and spiritual cleansing. This revolutionary way has transformed the access to spirituality regardless of the spiritual advancement. Babuji Maharaj always emphasised on restraint and simplicity. Babuji Maharaj’s message of special personality present in every generation gives us hope and reassurance in these challenging times. Switzerland Tourism unveils new logo

After almost 30 years of Swiss tourism advertising under the “Goldflower” banner, a new era is
dawning. Instead of a mere logo, Switzerland is for the first time adopting a comprehensive
tourism brand world with “Switzerland”. ST presented this today in Geneva and is now taking
the new image out into the world. The new, digital and modern brand world stands for
Switzerland’s long-standing tourism promise: nature, hospitality and reliability.
In 1995, the venerable “Swiss Transport Center SVZ” became today’s national tourism marketing
organization Switzerland Tourism. At the same time, the common image of tourism in Switzerland was
created under the umbrella of a new logo, the “Gold Flower”. This gold flower became the well-known
and popular symbol for Swiss tourism advertising for a generation. For many years, not only the then
new marketing organization ST, but also a number of industry organizations, destinations and service
providers promoted Switzerland’s tourism offerings with the same logo. The gold flower has
accompanied an entire generation and is now associated with tourism in Switzerland by the Swiss
population and many guests.
“Switzerland” – a sharpened brand
Today, almost 30 years later, the requirements for a brand are completely different than they were in
the 1990s. ST has therefore decided to create a new, unique and recognizable digital Swiss brand
worldG. For the first time in the history of Swiss tourism advertising, a pure logo is now becoming a
complete brand world. In the future, Swiss tourism promotion will not only promote the destination, but
will also accompany tourists on their entire journey, from inspiration to travel planning.
“Switzerland” – exclusively in English – is the logical basis for the brand of Switzerland as a holiday
and travel destination, and stands for the global tourism promise to all guests of Switzerland about
nature, our hospitality and the reliability of Switzerland as a travel destination.
Instead of the letter T, a Swiss cross in the “Switzerland” brand symbolizes the trustworthy origins and
radiates the optimism of the Swiss destination. But the symbolic cross goes far beyond just a national
flag: it was expanded and given a so-called “color tone” of five different shades of red, a symbol of
modernity, diversity and independence.
Brand for the entire tourism sector in Switzerland – for a new generation
The idea from the founding days of the Goldflower is proudly carried forward and perfected.
“Switzerland” stands for all hosts in Switzerland. In this sense, ST enables its members and partners
to provide orientation and create trust. The new, comprehensive brand world offers countless
possibilities on all channels, now and in the future. The new brand will be designed and implemented
gradually worldwide with immediate effect – both in all ST markets and across the entire tourism
industry. The complete transition to the new brand world is likely to take a few months. Martin

The new tourism brand is being closely watched throughout Switzerland and will represent

The new brand identity was developed together with the Zurich branding agency MADE Identity.
When developing “Switzerland”, MADE focuses on three main areas. On the one hand, the brand
should become more visible and noticeable internationally through a consistent one-brand strategy. In
addition, the brand should have maximum impact digitally, tactilely and spatially. And finally,
“Switzerland” as a brand should be able to accompany guests through the travel experience: from
advertising, to the experience, to the souvenir.
