Indian Diaspora Global Advocates for Keep The Door Open Campaign: Seeks Dual Citizenship for the Global Indian Diaspora
New Delhi, January 14, 2024 – Indian Diaspora Global, a collective of Indian-origin individuals from diverse backgrounds, has launched the “Keep The Door Open” campaign, advocating for dual citizenship for the Indian Diaspora worldwide. The campaign aims to address the challenges faced by Indian migrants who, due to current regulations, have to relinquish their Indian citizenship when acquiring citizenship in another country.
To delve into the legal, constitutional, social, cultural, economic, and legislative aspects of dual citizenship in India, Indian Diaspora Global is organizing a consultation conference. This conference will take place at the Constitutional Club of India on January 16, 2023, starting at 3 pm.

Melwyn Williams, Founder and Chairman, Indian Diaspora Global, expressed his views on the issue, ” Going in search of a better prospect is not a crime to be punished for. Like a mother waiting for her children to come back anytime they choose to, Bharat Mata is waiting for her children to come back to her.
India is losing hugely on its economy and assets. The homes are literally getting empty. This could be a probable solution for addressing the brain drain. We endeavour to connect Indian origins to their roots as we seek dual citizenship in India for the Indian Diaspora.”
The consultation conference will provide a platform for discussions on the lawmakers’ perspective concerning dual citizenship, inviting support from Indian lawmakers, diplomats, eminent personalities, social workers, and the media. The event will shed light on the global trend of allowing dual citizenship, emphasizing the positive impact it can have on the economic, educational, and cultural well-being of individuals.
Notably, many countries like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia permit dual citizenship, fostering increased business success and global mobility. Indian Diaspora Global believes that granting dual citizenship in India could be a solution to the “brain drain” the country faces, bringing Indian citizens closer to the global community.
Event Details:
– Title: Keep The Door Open – Dual Citizenship Consultation Conference
– Date: January 16, 2023
– Time: 3:00 pm
– Venue: Constitutional Club of India, New Delhi
Indian Diaspora Global invites participation from individuals, lawmakers, diplomats, and media representatives to engage in constructive dialogue, fostering understanding and support for the campaign.

BHARATEEYAM, an opera involving all the 300 students was performed to convey message Politicians should be like Rama
Hyderabad, January 14, 2024…. 27th Hemanth Utsav of Abhyasa Intl Residential School held at Shilpakala Vedika at Madhapur on Saturday. To mark the occasion and celebrate the same, a mega opera, “BHARATEEYA DNA”, an opera by a massive 300 students on a single stage held.

BHARAT stands for B-Blooming, H-Happiness, A-Abundant, R-Righteousness and T-Togetherness. DNA is the strength of Bharatiya. Where D stands for Dharma, N stands for Neeti and A is adhyatama.
The opera was organised in the backdrop of the Ram Temple Consecration in Ayodhya later this month, conveying a powerful message that one should become a RAMA casting their vote for the deserving person to have a righteous leader. It said our politicians shoudl be like Lord Rama.
300 students inspired the packed hall full of people with the righteous values of RAMA and DHARMA in their performance.

Man’s capacity for justice makes democracy possible, but man’s inclination to injustice makes democracy necessary said Karl Paul Reinhold Niebuhr. India’s situation is somewhat similar if you observe keenly. Democracy is in danger, People use money, power and manipulation. It’s not one righteous king ruled.
Everyone has to take up the responsibility of RAMA and it’s not one RAMA one should become a RAMA casting their vote to the deserving person to have a righteous leader. only then can we achieve the Ramrajya of our dreams becoming a reality? Later do not complain that this is not good and nothing is according to the dharma. Our country is in our hands, instead of complaining do the duty of being right.

“Peace cannot exist without justice, justice cannot exist without fairness, fairness cannot exist without development, development cannot exist without democracy, and democracy cannot exist without respect for the identity and worth of cultures and people”

Honeywell And NXP Semiconductors Collaborate To Help Enhance Building Energy Management
New Delhi, India, January 13th, 2024: Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) and NXP® Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI) announced at CES 2024 that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to help optimize the way commercial buildings sense and securely control energy consumption.
According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), buildings’ operations contribute to 30% of global final energy consumption and 26% of global energy-related emissions, so decisions made today will significantly impact future energy use and potential savings. Today’s smart energy solutions increasingly leverage machine learning and data analytics to enhance buildings’ autonomy and energy efficiency.

The collaboration aims to help make buildings operate more intelligently by integrating NXP Semiconductors’ neural network-enabled, industrial-grade applications processors into Honeywell’s building management systems (BMS). The MOU will initially focus on the Honeywell Optimizer Suite, which offers a flexible, more future-proofed building control and automation platform.
More broadly, the efforts aim to deliver smart energy solutions powered by AI/machine learning and data analytics to enhance building autonomy, driving energy efficiency while guiding service technicians. The goal is to fully leverage NXP’s neural network-enabled i.MX chipset capabilities to further enhance Honeywell’s BMS product offerings.
“Buildings are increasingly relying on data and the ability to control operations via automation to make them more sustainable while operating more efficiently,” said Suresh Venkatarayalu, Honeywell’s chief technology officer. “NXP’s latest machine learning solutions will help us deliver excellence in building automation for our customers.”
“It has never been more important to increase the sustainability and comfort of smart buildings,” said Lars Reger, NXP Semiconductors’ chief technology officer. “NXP’s advanced portfolio of securely connected processing solutions are supported by easy-to-use tools for rapid AI model development and service platform for provisioning and managing IoT devices throughout the long building management lifecycle. This capability, combined with Honeywell’s expertise as one of the leading building management solution providers, marks an important milestone in our shared vision to enable a smarter, more connected world for all.”
Honeywell will build on NXP’s scalable semiconductor and software solutions, such as the i.MX 8M applications processors and i.MX RT crossover microcontrollers, to help securely observe, learn and adapt in real time, enhancing analytics and decision-making in the same on-site BMS equipment that manages critical building systems. Augmented by cloud-based big data analytics through the Honeywell Forge analytics solutions, buildings can increasingly leverage better foresight and insight for energy usage optimization to enable improved sustainability outcomes.
