Tanishq & Talented Are Determined to Break the ‘Superwoman Syndrome’
9th March 2023: The world is not new to social empowerment narratives directed at women. The idea that a woman can do anything, has been interpreted as a woman must do everything. There’s an internal and external burden of potential that women face today. That the modern woman should fulfil her duties to herself, her family and her career with perfection and never lose her balance. That as a founder, she must crush the investor meeting, and invest in her family and children – with equal perfection. We have turned women into superwomen. They are forces of nature, with ten hands, who can be everything, and are present everywhere, all at once.
Tanishq and Talented, along with Superfly Films have come together to remind everyone that before she’s a superwoman, she’s human. And its human to struggle, and to fail.

Kinder Women’s Hospital and Fertility Centre celebrates International Women’s Day with Padma Shri Awardee Shree Saalumarada Thimmakka
Bangalore, March 09, 2023: To commemorate International Women’s Day, Kinder Women’s Hospital and Fertility Centre, one of the leading women and child healthcare units in the city, in association with Rotary Bangalore Whitefield Central, organized a special event. The event was graced by Padma Shri Awardee Shree Saalumarada Thimmaka, one of India’s most celebrated environmentalists.
This year’s theme, DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality, calls for collective activism to create an inclusive world. Kinder Women’s Hospital and Fertility Centre observed this day with tree planting and organizing fun events.
The Chief Guest, Shree Saalumarada Thimmaka, kicked off the event by planting new trees at a designated location. The hospital also launched a healthcare package for women called “Women Wellness Package – Gift of Love” and organized various fun games and a fashion show by Mrs. India and Karnataka. Women TV anchors from Bangalore and Mrs. India Karnataka were felicitated during the event.

The hospital conducted sessions on women’s rights and empowerment through its ‘I am Fearless’ initiative. Self-defence training workshop was also conducted to ensure the safety of women. Around 100 women from the Mira-Bhayander area participated in this event. The objective of the program was women empowerment (both Physically and Mentally).
