Runaya and NIT Raipur Join Hands to Support Women in STEM

India, July 18, 2025 – In a significant move toward building a more inclusive and future-ready engineering ecosystem, Runaya has entered into a strategic partnership with the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur. The two institutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch the Runaya Reach Scholarship Programme, aimed at empowering aspiring women engineers and equipping them to lead the next wave of innovation in STEM.

The MoU was formally signed by Prof. N. V. Ramana Rao, Director of NIT Raipur, and Mr. Rajendra Nawandhar, Chief Financial Officer of Runaya, in the presence of senior officials and dignitaries from both sides. Representing Runaya were Ms. Amita Kar, Head – HR & CSR, along with key academic leaders from NIT Raipur including Dr. Manoj Kumar Chopkar (Dean – Student Welfare), Dr. A. B. K J Somaiya Institute of Management Welcomes a Diverse Cohort of 676 Students for its MBA Programmes (2025–27)

Built on two foundational pillars—Nurturing Potential (NP) and the Student Progression Index (SPI)—the framework empowers students to take ownership of their development from the very beginning. As part of the process, students undertook psychometric assessments to identify their strengths and areas for growth. These insights form the basis of their individual Parivartan Action Plan, which guides a student in building key competencies aligned with their long-term goals. The orientation also included modules on social media conduct, deep reflective learning through curated reading resources, team-building activities, and yoga.

Rosatom Presented Its Technologies at the Summer School of the World Nuclear University

Moscow, 16th July 2025 Rosatom State Corporation took part in the “Summer School” of the World Nuclear University (WNU) – an international educational program aimed at improving the professional qualifications of employees of nuclear industry companies from different Countries. In 2025, the event was held in Shanghai and Xi’an (China). Six employees of industry companies (JSC) completed the training “TECHSNABEXPORT”, TVEL JSC, RASU JSC and others).

As lecturers within the framework of the training Special Representative for the International Projects of Rosatom State Corporation Lyudmila Zalimskaya, Director Regional Center of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom in East Asia Artem Goncharuk, Director of the Center for the Development of Competencies for International Activities “Rosatom Corporate Academy” Ekaterina Khairullina and others. In particular Artem Honcharuk presented innovative reactor technologies of generation IV within the framework of the concept of a closed nuclear fuel cycle (NFC – technological the process of full use of nuclear fuel). The topic of advanced Russian decisions in the final stage of the nuclear fuel cycle has also been touched upon in its lectures by Lyudmila Zalimskaya.

The program of the “Summer School” included technical tours to the facilities of the Chinese nuclear industry. The participants visited the sites of nuclear Qinshan and Fangjiashan Power Plants, a company that produces Shanghai Electric Power Equipment, Separating the Hanzhong plant, as well as the CNNC nuclear fuel plant in Jianzhong.

IIM Raipur Welcomes New MBA Batch with 14.5 Percentage from IITs, NITs and Premier Institutes

The event was graced by Shri Sudeep Dev, CHRO & Executive Vice President at Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Ltd., who shared insights into the evolving corporate landscape and the importance of value-driven leadership. LPU Grants INR 12 Crore Scholarships to 2025 AP-Telangana Batch

Hyderabad, July 15, 2025: Lovely Professional University (LPU) celebrated the academic potential and aspirations of its incoming 2025 batch from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states by awarding scholarships worth over ₹12 crore. Reaffirming its commitment to inclusive and affordable education, LPU granted scholarships to thousands of deserving students, around 3,000 of them receiving up to 70% of their program fee waived.

LPU’s wide-ranging scholarships recognize exceptional performance in academics, sports, cultural activities, innovation, and community service. Scholarships including tuition and hostel waivers- have been granted to top-performing students from school boards, universities, and national-level exams such as JEE, NEET, CUET, and CAT.
