Andaz Delhi appoints Mr. Siddhant Arora as its Director of Food & Beverage

New Delhi, Aug 20: Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Siddhant Arora as the Director of Food & Beverage. With close to a decade of diverse F&B leadership experience across some of India’s leading hospitality brands, Mr. Arora brings expertise in operations management, strategic partnerships, revenue and budget management, and execution rollouts. 

He has held pivotal roles with renowned organisations, including Hilton, Conrad, and IHCL’s Taj Group, where he led multi-outlet F&B operations, strengthened revenue performance, and built high-performing teams across complex, high-volume properties. 

Recognized for his strategic leadership, Mr. Arora is focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening revenue performance, and elevating the overall guest dining experience. With proven expertise across pre-openings, renovations, and large-scale event execution, he is adept at aligning F&B strategy with broader business objectives.

In his new role, Mr. Arora will lead the Food & Beverage strategy at Andaz Delhi, with a focus on strengthening the hotel’s dining identity, building distinctive and commercially relevant F&B concepts, and enhancing the overall dining experience. He will work closely with culinary teams to drive revenue growth, service excellence and innovation, while developing a strong, performance-led F&B culture.
