KIMS Hospitals Creates Global History as the World’s First Healthcare Network to Achieve AACI Multi-Site Accreditation
Hyderabad, June 29: KIMS Hospitals has achieved a historic global milestone by becoming the world’s first healthcare network to receive the AACI Multi-Site Accreditation from the American Accreditation Commission International . This landmark recognition establishes a new global benchmark for integrated healthcare quality, patient safety, governance, and clinical excellence across a multi-hospital healthcare network.
The accreditation recognizes seven KIMS Hospitals operating under a unified quality management and governance framework, demonstrating that internationally benchmarked standards can be consistently implemented and sustained across multiple hospitals.
Unlike conventional accreditation programs that assess individual hospitals independently, the AACI Multi-Site Accreditation evaluates an entire healthcare network as one integrated system. The assessment focuses on leadership, governance, patient safety, clinical excellence, standardized care delivery, risk management, and continuous quality improvement across all participating hospitals.
By successfully meeting these rigorous international standards, KIMS Hospitals has become the first healthcare network in the world to receive this prestigious recognition, reaffirming its commitment to delivering a consistent patient experience and world-class healthcare across every accredited facility.
“This is a proud moment for every member of the KIMS family. This recognition inspires us to raise the bar even higher.”
Dr. B. Bhaskar Rao, Chairman & Managing Director, KIMS Group of Hospitals, said
“Three years ago, one of our hospitals received AACI accreditation. This achievement was the result of the collective efforts of our clinicians, nurses, quality professionals, administrators, and leadership team. Building on that success, we have now implemented the same quality framework across six more hospitals. Through standardized clinical protocols, robust governance systems, evidence-based practices, and a strong culture of continuous quality improvement, KIMS Hospitals has demonstrated that excellence in healthcare can be delivered consistently across an entire hospital network.”
KIMS Group of Hospitals Director Anita said that this recognition is the result of the collective efforts of the doctors, nurses, quality teams, administrative staff, and leadership across the seven KIMS hospitals. She particularly appreciated the outstanding contribution of Ms. Sushma Katuri, General Manager – Group Quality, KIMS Group, for her pivotal role in achieving this milestone. She further stated that KIMS has demonstrated its ability to successfully implement uniform standards across its entire hospital network through standardized clinical protocols, robust quality systems, efficient governance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Congratulating KIMS Hospitals on this historic achievement, Kreso Antonio Paliska, Group CEO of AACI, highlighted the significance of this milestone for healthcare organizations worldwide.
“KIMS Hospitals has set a new global benchmark. Achieving the world’s first AACI Multi-Site Accreditation demonstrates what is possible when leadership, quality, and patient safety become part of an organization’s everyday culture. We are proud to recognize KIMS for this historic achievement.”
Kreso Antonio Paliska Group CEO, American Accreditation Commission International Speaking on the achievement, Dheeraj Khatore, Regional CEO – AACI India, Middle East & Africa, emphasized the broader impact of the recognition.
“This is more than an accreditation—it’s a milestone for global healthcare. KIMS Hospitals has shown that world-class quality can be delivered consistently across seven hospitals under one integrated quality framework. We are proud to partner with KIMS in setting this new international benchmark.”
Dheeraj Khatore Regional CEO – AACI India, Middle East & Africa This historic achievement not only reinforces KIMS Hospitals’ leadership in healthcare quality but also establishes a scalable model for integrated healthcare systems around the world. As healthcare networks continue to expand globally, the ability to maintain consistent standards across multiple facilities has become increasingly important. KIMS Hospitals has demonstrated that quality, patient safety, and clinical excellence can be standardized across an entire healthcare system without compromising patient-centered care.
The AACI Multi-Site Accreditation reflects KIMS Hospitals’ unwavering commitment to innovation, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement. More importantly, it assures patients that every accredited KIMS Hospital operates under the same internationally benchmarked standards, ensuring a consistent, safe, and high-quality healthcare experience.

Watlow launches Edge Process Management™ platform for trusted process records in regulated industries
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (June 29, 2026) — Watlow, a global industrial technology company and provider of thermal systems, has announced the launch of its Edge Process Management™ (EPM™) platform, a new class of scalable architecture that brings together data management, process control and automation for temperature-driven operations in regulated industries.
The first release within the platform, EPM Data, introduces a new approach to managing process records, capturing and structuring data at the point of measurement to create secure, time-aligned digital records that support compliance, audit readiness and evidence-based decision-making.
The platform is designed as a modular, distributed platform that unifies data, control and automation in a single architecture, enabling manufacturers to move beyond fragmented systems and legacy chart recorders towards a consistent approach to process management across assets, sites and regulatory environments.
“The process record has effectively become part of the product,” said Chris Mooney, Industrial Controls Segment Director at Watlow. “With EPM Data, and the broader platform behind it, we are giving customers a trusted, time-stamped record created at the point of measurement, designed for daily operations and audit readiness, without adding system complexity.”
EPM Data is engineered to deliver records that stand up to scrutiny, whether for internal review, regulatory inspection or customer audit. By creating a consistent, tamper-resistant source of truth, it enables teams to defend process performance, resolve issues and maintain confidence in data over time. This is designed for environments where process records must withstand audit scrutiny, support investigations and provide defensible evidence across sites and over time.
The solution is suited to industries including metals, heat treatment, life sciences, power generation, water and wastewater, environmental monitoring, and food and beverage.
Key capabilities include:
- High-precision inputs with field calibration accuracy suitable for demanding standards such as AMS2750 and CQI-9
- Secure, tamper-resistant records designed to support regulatory requirements including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11
- A consistent process record that can be used by operations, quality and audit teams for review, approval and long-term retention
The initial EPM Data release includes panel-mounted devices and review software designed to fit into existing industrial environments and scale from individual assets to enterprise deployments:
- EPM-07, a compact system suited to smaller furnaces, ovens, and skids
- EPM-15, designed for larger or multizone systems with higher channel requirements
- Data Reviewer™ software environment allows users to visualize and interpret historical process data, supporting review, approval, and audit workflows, with optional audit trail and electronic signature functionality.
“It gives operations teams real-time visibility and provides quality teams with records they can rely on months or years later,” Mooney added.
“EPM Data is built for customers whose process records must stand up to serious questions, whether in front of an auditor, during an investigation or when resolving a customer claim,” said Stan Breitlow, Director of Control Product Solutions and Chief Systems Designer at Watlow.
EPM Data represents the first step in a broader platform roadmap, with additional modular capabilities planned to extend the architecture across larger and more complex, distributed systems.

With 51 guest rooms and suites, each meticulously designed with a sophisticated blend of modern and antique furnishings, the hotel owners sought to modernise its ageing and restrictive television system by investing in a new ‘state of the art’, fully connected and centrally managed hospitality display network.
In partnership with trusted local integration specialist, Meginet, key requirements for the project included exceptional 4K UHD display quality and the ability to provide guests with a personalised entertainment experience, offering seamless access to their preferred streaming services, apps and on demand content from the comfort of their room.
The Suite spot for guests
Concluding extensive market research, a fleet of 70 4K UHD Philips MediaSuite TVs – ranging from 43” to 65” – was unanimously selected and installed inside all hotel rooms, with additional units added for larger suites.
Delivering a new benchmark for in room entertainment while placing guests firmly in control of their viewing experience, one of the standout features influencing the hotel’s decision was the inclusion of the cast feature built directly into Philips MediaSuite TVs. Beyond traditional TVs
Philips MediaSuite TVs also provide the Bellevue Syrene’s AV and IT teams with complete control over the hotel’s display network using PPDS’ CMND platform. Centrally managed and fully customisable to reflect the hotel’s unique brand identity, the platform enables regular software updates, security enhancements and new features to be scheduled and deployed remotely as they become available, reducing maintenance demands.
All TV login information is also automatically deleted upon checkout – rather than manually – adding further time and cost efficiencies.
Furthermore, Bellevue Syrene staff can now enhance their direct communications with guests either on a collective or personalised basis, by effortlessly creating and displaying content on the TV screen, such as welcoming messages, in house information, check out details, marketing, and more.
The installation of Philips MediaSuite has achieved all expectations from the hotel owners, staff, and guests, delivering advanced and future proofed experiences while upholding the high standards of traditional luxury hospitality.
Claudio Napolitano, General Manager, Hotel Bellevue Syrene, commented: “When it comes to digital entertainment and information technology and communications services, we always choose partners capable of providing valuable, reliable and cutting edge technologies.
