EuroSchool Student Becomes National Topper with 99.8% in ICSE Board Results
8th May, 2025, Mumbai: Jade Rowe from EuroSchool Airoli has scored 99.8% in ICSE Board Results, becoming a national ranker.
The Mumbai campuses of EuroSchool, in Thane and Airoli, have achieved a stellar 100% result in the ICSE (Grade 10) and ISC (Grade 12) Board Examinations for the academic year 2024–25.

Jade Rowe from EuroSchool Airoli topped Grade 10 and became a national topper with 99.8% and Nishka Chheda secured a phenomenal 99.50% in Commerce Stream in Grade 12, placing her amongst the top-performing students across India.
EuroSchool Thane, located near Ghodbunder Road, continues to be a premier educational institution offering the ICSE curriculum from kindergarten to Grade 12. This year, both Mumbai campuses of EuroSchool achieved a 100% pass rate in the ICSE and ISC Board Examinations.
With a National Ranker in Grade 10, the Airoli campus saw 6 students achieving 99% and above and more than 60% of their students from Grade 10 and more than 50% of students from Grade 12 getting more than 90%.
The Thane campus also recorded stellar performances with 50% of their grade 10 students and 28% from Grade 12 achieving more than 90%.

Viswam.AI launches Summer of AI, an internship program to train 1 lakh AI Engineers and create world’s first Telugu LLM
Hyderabad, 8th May 2025: Sata Sahasra Yagam, the flagship internship by Viswam.AI, aims to empower 1 lakh engineering students with AI skills across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh while developing the world’s first Telugu Large Language Model (LLM). The month-long program, structured in collaboration with IIIT Hyderabad, Swecha, Meta, HySEA, Ozonetel and others, begins on May 15, 2025. Over four weeks, participants will gain expertise in AI/ML fundamentals, data preparation, model building, and deployment, culminating in contributions to a community-driven Telugu LLM.
The hybrid curriculum is structured to bridge theoretical learning with real-world AI solution development. Focuses on foundational AI skills, AI and ML concepts, LLM models and GenAI development, and understanding distributed computing techniques to train the LLMs- Telugu language model here. Participants will understand the full AI LLM development lifecycle from data collection, data curation, building Indic (Telugu) datasets, and there from actually build an AI model from the data thus collected.
The internship is part of the Telugu LLM initiative, and the interns will work on digital-first data gathering- including folk literature, historical texts, and regional news archives, help curate this data and eventually be part of the team that builds the Telugu LLM. Top performers may earn follow on deeper internships with tech majors and also research institutions like IIITH. The internship concludes with a Grand Finale featuring a live music concert by Ram Miryala, with more singers expected to join.
A core pillar of Summer of AI is its community-centric approach. The program’s hybrid model blends online learning with in-person collaboration at seven centers across Telangana, including Warangal, Hyderabad, and Karimnagar. Students will attend weekend workshops for hands-on projects. By involving students in the entire AI lifecycle—from data collection to model deployment—Sata Sahasra Yagam fosters a workforce capable of designing hyperlocal AI solutions. The internship’s outcomes will directly contribute to open-source repositories and Viswam.AI’s research on low-resource language AI, ensuring Telugu communities retain ownership of their digital future.
The Telugu LLM initiative is attempting to evolve a new approach for LLM development, by bridging AI education with grassroots cultural preservation, as a community sourced effort. The program addresses two critical gaps: India’s AI talent shortage and Telugu’s underrepresentation in digital ecosystems—fewer than 0.1% of online resources currently support Telugu.

Swachha Andhra Corporation and Re Sustainability Reldan Join Forces for Sustainable E-Waste Management in Andhra Pradesh
Mumbai, May 8, 2025 — Swachha Andhra Corporation (SAC), under the Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Re Sustainability Reldan Refining Private Limited (ReSRRPL), a leading entity in sustainable waste management and E-waste recycling, to build a robust E-waste collection and processing ecosystem in the state.
The initiative aims to enable scientific collection, segregation, and environmentally sound disposal of electronic waste while building awareness among citizens and empowering local communities. It aligns with the state’s vision of making Andhra Pradesh a model state in responsible E-waste management.
Under this partnership, SAC will provide key infrastructure support, including a dedicated 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse, facilitate coordination with the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB), and engage Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for collection drives. ReSRRPL will deploy its technical expertise to ensure compliant, transparent, and efficient E-waste handling through high-efficiency resource recovery technologies.
The initiative will also be scaled to other districts of Andhra Pradesh in a phased manner, ensuring statewide impact. The program includes outreach to municipalities and government agencies for sourcing E-waste through a structured phase-wise plan.
This MoU was signed in the presence of senior leadership from SAC:
