HCAH Appoints Dr. Munim Tomar to Boost PMR Expertise, Accelerates Recovery Mission in Delhi-NCR
New Delhi, June 25, 2025 – In a powerful step toward its core mission of delivering India’s fastest, most effective rehabilitation outcomes, HCAH—India’s leading full-stack rehab and geriatric care platform—has appointed Dr. Munim Tomar, an accomplished physiatrist trained at AIIMS, as Consultant, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) at its Patel Nagar facility. This strategic addition strengthens HCAH’s leadership in out-of-hospital neuro, paediatric, and amputee rehabilitation across Delhi-NCR.
The expansion of HCAH’s PMR capabilities is not just an operational milestone—it’s a direct enabler of HCAH’s founding motto: to deliver the fastest recoveries through expert-led, evidence-based, patient-centric care. With structured PMR now at the center of its clinical model, HCAH is creating a system where speed and quality of recovery go hand in hand.
Dr. Tomar brings over seven years of clinical and academic experience from India’s premier institutions including AIIMS, Safdarjung, and RML. His areas of specialization span neuro rehab, paediatric rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, orthotic and prosthetic rehab, chronic pain management, and sports injury recovery. His appointment arrives at a time when post-stroke disability, neurological disorders, and trauma-related mobility challenges are rising sharply in the region—underscoring the urgent need for structured, multidisciplinary PMR care.
At the Patel Nagar centre, Dr. Tomar will lead personalized, protocol-driven rehab plans tailored to reduce pain, restore function, and help patients reclaim independent lives—faster and more completely. This includes working closely with patients recovering from stroke, children with neurological impairments, and individuals requiring prosthetic or orthotic support after limb loss.
Dr. Gaurav Thukral, Co-Founder and COO of HCAH, said:
“HCAH’s motto has always been simple—‘Fastest recovery. Best quality of life.’* With the addition of Dr. Tomar and the expansion of our PMR team, we are turning that promise into measurable reality. This is not just a new appointment—it’s a significant reinforcement of our philosophy. Whether a patient is recovering from stroke, living with cerebral palsy, or adjusting to life after amputation, our goal is to get them back to function, back to purpose—and do it faster than traditional models allow.”*Dr. Tomar added:
“Rehabilitation should not be an afterthought. It should be the driving force of post-acute care. For every patient, time is function—and the faster we act, the better the recovery. At HCAH, I see an environment where that urgency is matched with structure, empathy, and clinical excellence. I’m excited to join this mission to make recoveries not just possible—but faster and fuller.”
HCAH’s full-stack model integrates in-patient rehab centres, home-based rehab services, and long-term geriatric care into one coordinated continuum. With PMR specialists now embedded across its Delhi-NCR operations, HCAH is building a national benchmark for rapid, out-of-hospital rehabilitation—combining speed with sustainability for stroke survivors, amputees, and children with mobility disorders.

Give Grants launches dus spoke India Inc 2025
Give Grants launches dus spoke India Inc 2025, spotlighting CSR’s pivotal role in shaping India’s development future
Bengaluru, June 25, 2025 Give Grants today announced the launch of dus spoke India Inc 2025, its latest report capturing the current state of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in India and offering a roadmap for the future. The report brings together perspectives from 47 CSR leaders and 78 nonprofit heads, alongside a detailed analysis of CSR data from India’s top 200 companies.
The participating CSR leaders collectively manage over INR 6,800 crore in CSR funds annually. Combining practitioner insights with granular data, dus spoke India Inc 2025 explores how CSR has evolved from compliance-driven philanthropy to a potential catalyst for systemic change — and what will be needed for it to fully realise that potential.
Key highlights of the report include:
At 1.2 lakh crore, CSR will be the largest stable source of private funding for India’s development needs in the coming decade- As India Inc continues to outperform most global markets, India’s CSR is poised for high growth. It is likely to be the largest source of funding, outstripping philanthropy and individual giving.
Geographic disparity persists because industrial growth is disparate – Funds remain concentrated in a few industrialised states. CSR funding follows industrial concentration, not development needs. States with higher GDP and stronger industrial presence, like Maharashtra (15%), Karnataka (9%), Gujarat (8%), and Delhi (5%), receive the largest share of CSR funds. Low-income states, including much of the North East, Bihar (less than 1%), and Uttar Pradesh (around 4%), are left underfunded despite high poverty and weak SDG outcomes, simply because fewer companies operate there.
Government nudges have yet to deliver equitable CSR flows- Despite being national priorities, low-income regions, including the North East and aspirational districts, remain underfunded. Just eight companies account for 60% of CSR spend in the North East, while only seven companies contribute nearly 37% of CSR funds directed to aspirational districts.
Risk appetite for innovation is low- CSR investments remain heavily concentrated in core themes education (34%), health (27%), skilling (12%), climate (10%), rural development (8%), and others (7%). Funding for emerging priorities or early-stage innovation is scarce, with 73% of nonprofits reporting little or no support for pilots or experimental initiatives.
The evolving CSR-NPO relationship: Nonprofits remain deeply dependent on CSR funding, with half receiving more than 50% of their annual budgets from corporate sources. The report highlights the need for CSR funders to move from transactional engagements to trust-based, long-term partnerships that empower NPOs to drive lasting change.
Collaboration Still Nascent: Despite shared goals, most companies execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in silos. Among those surveyed, 68% cited poor strategic alignment as a barrier to collaboration, while 40% pointed to brand concerns and governance complexity as limiting factors.
Looking ahead, the report notes that India’s top 200 companies- responsible for over 50% of total CSR spend- will play a defining role in shaping CSR’s next chapter. With CSR contributing just 1-2% of what the government spends on social services, the sector’s greatest opportunity lies in supporting innovation and pilots that others can scale, positioning CSR as an impact multiplier rather than just an impact creator.
Commenting on the launch, Sumit Tayal, CEO of Give Grants, said: “CSR in India has evolved remarkably over the past decade. But the next phase will be about bold choices, directing funds where they are needed most, taking risks to innovate, and working together across sectors to drive large-scale change. dus spoke India Inc 2025 lays out both our achievements and our unfinished agenda.”
From Compliance to Catalyst
The dus spoke India Inc report underscores the need for a paradigm shift from fragmented, compliance-driven CSR efforts to unified, strategic investments that target root causes of inequity. The report calls for a deepened commitment to
● Geographic Equity: Direct more funds toward underrepresented regions.
● Capacity-Building: Invest in nonprofit institutions to create sustainable, long-term impact.
● Systems Innovation: Support early-stage ideas and pilot programs that can grow into scalable solutions.
Cross-Sector Collaboration: Encourage partnerships between corporations, nonprofits, and government to amplify outcomes.
The report reaffirms Give Grants’ commitment to advancing India’s CSR ecosystem and supporting companies to deliver high-impact, purpose-driven giving.

“We commend Genpact for launching its AP Assist product and showcasing how agentic AI can help us reimagine our Accounts Payable helpdesk,” said Caitlyn Carr, President & CEO of Coca-Cola Bottlers Sales & Services. “Together with Genpact, we’ve created a seamless experience for our bottlers and suppliers that exemplifies the power of leveraging advanced technology capabilities, business process expertise, partnership, and trust to succeed in today’s fast-evolving world.”
Powered by Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry and Azure Analytics Services, the Genpact AP Suite orchestrates, optimizes, and executes AP tasks, ushering in a new era of autonomous finance.
“Genpact’s launch of an agentic AI product for accounts payable is a proof point of AI’s ability to automate complex multi-step workflows and an exciting milestone for our companies as we look to lead the next wave of agentic AI transformation,” said Gurkan Salk, General Manager, Copilot Apps at Microsoft. “Powered by Microsoft’s Azure AI stack, organizations will roll out the Genpact AP Suite knowing enterprise-grade identity, access controls, encryption, and compliance are inherent to the intelligence layer driving their finance transformation.”
“Agentic AI addresses the limited adaptability and autonomy in current AP automation technologies required to operate at scale in dynamic business environments,” said Vignesh Kannan, Vice President, Everest Group. “By leveraging goal-oriented AI agents to manage tasks such as exception handling, supplier communication, and adaptive approval workflows, the Genpact AP Suite introduces capabilities that could advance touchless processing, accuracy, and risk mitigation. This launch, part of Genpact’s Service-as-Agentic-Solutions initiative, reflects a movement toward agent-based service delivery where domain-specific intelligence, governance frameworks, and end-to-end process redesign will determine success and impact.”

Decoding four common myths around home projectors
Sushil Motwani, Founder of Aytexcel Pvt. Ltd clarifies misconceptions concerning UST projectors
Whether you are seeking an extraordinary gaming experience or immersive cinematic thrills, laser projectors with Ultra Short Throw (UST) capabilities are the answer. They are fast becoming the premium choice for users. Their growing popularity is largely driven by changing content consumption habits, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic when many sought a theatre-like ambience at home. Still, there are many myths around their usage, says Sushil Motwani, Founder of Aytexcel Pvt. Ltd. and the official India representative of Formovie.
Debunking these myths, he shares the reality behind them.
MYTH 1: You need a huge room for a projector
There is a general misconception that a separate, especially large room with customised lighting is necessary to set up a home theatre. That’s no longer the case with UST projectors. They come with impressive short-throw ratio capabilities. For example, a Formovie Theater projector has a throw ratio of 0.23:1, allowing it to produce a 100-inch projection from just 9 inches away. Its maximum projection size is 150 inches, and with hassle-free installation, it can be set up easily anywhere in the home. These devices are often better suited to average-sized urban homes than wall-mounted TVs. This means a UST projector can be placed in a living area or any available space without requiring structural changes.
MYTH 2: Projectors are more expensive than TVs
Around seven or eight years ago, projectors were considered high-end luxury items, and at that time, they actually were. They were positioned as niche devices, either for serious cinephiles or for boardrooms with large AV budgets. But now, the economic landscape has changed considerably. Entry-level 4K projectors offer comparable or even better screen size and quality, often at a lower or similar price point compared to big-screen TVs. In fact, projectors can be more appealing in terms of screen size flexibility and price-per-inch, especially when paired with the right screen or wall surface. Increased competition has made projectors more budget-friendly. Also, there are multiple options now available that can suit the consumer’s budget and requirements. For example, alongside premium models like the Theater, Theater Premium, C3, and Cinema Edge, Formovie also offers budget-friendly LCD projectors like the Xming Page One, which delivers 1080p Full HD resolution at a very feasible price range.
MYTH 3: You can’t use projectors in daylight
In older lamp-based home projectors, there was a need for blackout curtains or dimly lit rooms, specially designed for screening. That misconception still exists in the minds of some consumers—that modern-day laser projectors and LCD projectors too cannot be used in daylight. This is not true. The fact is that laser-powered UST projectors can be used in well-lit rooms and are apt for Indian homes, where most people prefer the flow of natural lighting. With higher ISO Lumens, these premium projectors offer crisp and clear images anytime, and vibrant, bright colours can be accessed easily during daylight or even amid ambient light. Meanwhile, technologies like ALPD (Advanced Laser Phosphor Display) and triple laser light source technology help them offer a wider colour gamut for better contrast and colour accuracy.
MYTH 4: Projectors are meant for techies, not for regular users
Many people consider projectors to be complicated devices that are not easy to set up and operate. That was true almost two decades ago when AV setups like projectors required professional installation and guidance. But today’s smart projectors are built for plug-and-play simplicity. With thousands of movies and TV shows, live TV, and more available across 10,000 apps, the built-in Google TV easily allows users to access their favourite content without needing additional devices. Further, they can organise and select content using voice assistants like Google Assistant. It is ideal for family use, as it comes with integrated apps like Netflix, built-in speakers, and sound options like Dolby Atmos. The installation is also effortless. The menu and tutorials are detailed, allowing even first-time users to learn the operations quickly.
