Ice Make Refrigeration Reports Strong Revenue Growth in Q1 FY26; Strategic Investments to Drive Long-Term Expansion
Hyderabad, August 09, 2025: Ice Make Refrigeration Limited, a leading manufacturer of 50+ innovative cooling and refrigeration solutions, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), demonstrating continued momentum in revenue growth despite temporary headwinds in profitability.
During the quarter, the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹111.50 crore, registering a year-on-year growth of over 30 percent compared to ₹85.23 crore in Q1 FY25. This performance reflects consistent demand across key verticals including cold rooms, industrial refrigeration, and transport refrigeration segments, backed by strong order execution and growing market penetration.
However, due to seasonal input cost fluctuations, elevated finance costs, and inventory adjustments, the company recorded a net profit of ₹ -1.47 crore in Q1 FY26 compared to a profit of ₹3.64 crore in the same quarter last year. The management emphasized that this is a short-term impact and the underlying fundamentals of the business remain strong. Ice Make continues to maintain a sharp focus on operating efficiencies, cost optimization, and working capital discipline.
The Board of Directors recently approved a final dividend of ₹2.25 per equity share for FY25 and cleared the proposal to increase authorized capital, paving the way for future growth-oriented investments. The company is actively exploring strategic initiatives including capacity expansion, potential acquisitions, and the development of ESG-compliant and technology-driven cold chain solutions to cater to new-age industries and export markets.

Grand Jhakar Saim Yatra, Immersed in Devotion and Cultural Colors
9th August 2025, Haldwani, Uttarakhand: The grand Jhakar Saim Yatra concluded amidst deep devotion and joy. The journey began from Haldwani and passed through Dana Golu Temple in Almora, Chitai Golu Temple in Almora, Vriddh Jageshwar, and Jageshwar Dham, finally reaching the Jhakar Saim Temple. A special night of devotional singing (bhajan) and jagar (traditional Kumaoni spiritual singing) was organized in the temple premises.
During the spiritually charged yatra, the divine presence of Saim Devta, Golu Devta, Harju, Mata Bhagwati, Kali Mata, and several other deities descended into Dev Dangar (the spiritual medium), blessing the devotees.
The yatra was led by Kumaon’s renowned Golu Dangar and devotee Harish Khati. The event saw the presence of Dr. Virendra Singh Karki, Kamal Jeena, Shivam Daseela, along with a large number of devotees.

Chennai, August 08, 2025: The Board of Directors at Data Patterns (India) Limited , a strategic Defense and Aerospace Electronics Systems provider, approved the limited review financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Q1 (2025 – 2026) Highlights
- Total Revenue for Q1 was Rs. 110 Cr in the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as against Rs. 116 Cr in quarter ended June 30, 2024, a reduction of 5.6%.
- Revenue from operations was Rs. 99.33 Cr in Q1 FY26 as compared to Rs. 104.1 Cr in Q1 FY25, a decline of 4.6%.
- The Company’s Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (Operational EBITDA) in Q1 FY26 was Rs. 32.1 Cr as against Rs. 37.2 Cr in the corresponding quarter last financial year.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT) for Q1FY26 was Rs. 34 Cr as against Rs. 43.5 Cr in Q1FY25.
- Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q1FY26 was 25.7% of the operating revenue, of Rs. 25.5 Cr as against Rs. 32.8 Cr in Q1FY25.

Order inflow has been encouraging since the start of the financial year, with over Rs. 320 Cr in orders received so far, and more in the pipeline. While revenue for the quarter was modest, primarily due to temporary delays in customer approvals, these are expected to normalize in the coming quarters. We remain confident of delivering our year’s targets.
Our continuous focus on new product developments have yielded products of international quality. We are optimistic that these products will soon be tested and potentially lead to bigger contracts.
