I’ve Never Been (Un)Happier
Written by Shaheen Bhatt; Narrated by Aishwarya Singh
In I’ve Never Been (Un)Happier, Shaheen Bhatt opens up about her silent struggle with clinical depression, which she had lived with for years before being diagnosed at the age of eighteen. She gives listeners a raw glimpse into the internal pain, self-doubt, despair, loneliness, and the constant distrust of her surroundings that she felt while showing everyone a “happy mask” in her everyday life. Through diary entries, reflections, and personal stories, she charts her journey towards accepting her mental health struggles and seeking help. Ultimately, this memoir serves as a larger motivation to normalise the conversations around depression, with Bhatt also providing reassurance about the pain being legitimate. She reminds listeners that recovery is not linear and that no one should suffer in silence.
11 Rules for Life
Written and narrated by Chetan Bhagat
Chetan Bhagat addresses young adults directly in 11 Rules of Life and discusses navigating the messy, complicated yet exciting journey of growing up. He mixes personal anecdotes and examples of both failure and success to demonstrate how success is not magic but simply a matter of building healthier habits, taking responsibility, and being honest with yourself. From managing your health and emotions to nurturing real relationships and owning your mistakes, each “rule” is a practical nudge towards being more purposeful in your lives. This book feels like a conversation with a friend who has been there, reminding you that small and consistent choices today can shape the life you want tomorrow.
Anxiety
Written by Sonali Gupta; Narrated by Monaz Ranina
In Anxiety, clinical psychologist Sonali Gupta takes listeners on a compassionate and grounded journey into what anxiety really feels like, especially for young Indians. She peels back the layers of how social media, workplace stress, cultural expectations like marriage and family pressure, and uncertain economic times all help brew it. Using real case studies, she helps listeners recognise that what they feel is not a mundane everyday worry but something deeper. She also shares easy, practical tools for coping with anxiety, like breathing exercises, boundary-setting, practicing self-kindness, and knowing when it’s time to seek help. Ultimately, the book says: you are not alone, anxiety is not a flaw, and while sometimes it may always be part of your life, you can learn to live with it rather than under its power.
Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess
Written and narrated by Caroline Leaf
In her book, Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess, Dr. Caroline Leaf gently guides readers through the often messy and easily overwhelming process of understanding their own thoughts. She demonstrates why the mental clutter we carry, including anxiety, doubts, and habitual patterns of negative behaviour, is not a personal failing, but something we can effectively change. She provides multiple exercises using her five-step “Neurocyle” that teaches practical ways to notice, reflect upon, and replace harmful ways of thinking so that we can create space within ourselves for calmness, clarity, and emotional resilience. This book reads like a supportive mentor sitting with you to remind you that even your cluttered mind can be tidied and that small, consistent steps can lead to peace of mind longterm.
Get Out of Your Mind & Into Your Life
Written by Spencer Smith and Steven C. Hayes; Narrated by Paul Boehmer
In Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life, Dr. Steven Hayes compassionately guides listeners on how struggling with your thoughts or trying to push pain away will often keep you stuck. Instead, he offers listeners his Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, which is both a practical way to observe your thoughts and accept difficult emotions, to take committed steps towards a direction that is most important to you. The book offers numerous exercises to assist you with being aligned with your values and to step away from living a life controlled by fear and doubt. The audiobook has the feel of a gentle guide, reminding people that life does not have to be perfect to be meaningful and that one can find purpose, joy, and authenticity amidst challenges.
Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before?

The book is packed with practical ways to manage anxiety, low moods, self-doubt, and motivation struggles in simple and actionable ways. Smith emphasizes that small, everyday habits like mindfulness, journaling, and self-awareness can enhance one’s emotional well-being. The audiobook feels approachable and relatable while giving readers tools they can actually use, rather than abstract advice. It is a gentle, hands-on roadmap for taking care of one’s mental health.

Organised by StartupTN, the summit served as a vibrant platform for global investors, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to collaborate and chart the future of India’s innovation economy. Amid the stellar participation, Tripura emerged as a standout performer, showcasing how a small Northeastern state is building sustained momentum, inclusivity, and impact in the national startup landscape.
Delivering an inspiring address at the summit, Shri Jeya Ragul Geshan B., IFS, Director, IT, Government of Tripura, highlighted Tripura’s rapid evolution as a regional startup leader driven by vision, policy innovation, and measurable outcomes.
“Tripura stands at an important inflexion point. In alignment with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of a $5 trillion economy by 2028 & achieving Vikshit Bharat by 2047, we are determined to play a strategic role in India’s innovation-led growth story under the leadership of our Hon’ble Chief Minister, Prof. (Dr) Manik Saha,” said Shri Geshan.
“Our vision is clear: to build an Unnato and Shreshtho Tripura, where entrepreneurship is not a privilege but a pathway to prosperity. Each state may be at a different stage of its startup journey, but our common goal is to democratize innovation and take opportunity to every corner of India, including smaller and border states like ours.”
As per the December 2024 Startup India report ‘Prabhaav: Startup India 9-Year Factbook’, Tripura has maintained an impressive 66% average growth rate in startup recognitions over the past five years. We also lead in two crucial categories: top-performing Tier 2/3 districts and the highest number of women-led startups in the Northeast. These results are proof that consistency, clarity, and collaboration can transform intent into impact.”
Tripura: From Policy Pioneer to Performance Leader
Tripura was among the first Northeastern states to adopt a Startup Policy/Scheme (2019), establishing a robust foundation for structured entrepreneurial development. It was recognized as a Category B – Leader in the Startup India State Ranking 2022. The Tripura Startup Policy 2024 builds on this success with a dedicated INR 50 crore around fund for aspiring entrepreneurs, startup grants for students and incubators, and patent support for innovators.
The State currently hosts over 80 recognised startups and 8 active incubators, including the ISRO-supported Space Tech Incubation Centre at NIT Agartala and the Tripura University Business Incubator, creating an institutional ecosystem that nurtures innovation from idea to scale.
A Strategic Gateway to Southeast Asia
With its approx. 41 lakh population, more than 94% literacy rate, and unique international connectivity, Tripura is positioning itself as the gateway to Southeast Asia, leveraging trade routes like the Agartala–Akhaura rail link and Integrated Check Posts to provide startups direct access to ASEAN markets.
Its startups are pioneering solutions in agri-tech, bamboo-based products, green packaging, eco-tourism, and fintech, aligning local strengths with global opportunities.
IT as the Core Driver of Growth
Tripura’s growing IT ecosystem, supported by India’s third-highest high-speed internet connectivity, the Tripura IT Incentive Scheme (2017), and the International Internet Gateway in Agartala, is enabling digital transformation beyond metros.
“Our goal is to blend IT with entrepreneurship, to empower every district with digital tools, startup resources, and market access,” said Shri Geshan. “Tripura is not waiting for change; we are continuously building momentum, adding capacity, and moving decisively on the path of progress.”
Collaboration as the Way Forward
Tripura emphasised its commitment to cross-state collaboration, proposing partnerships with Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and Assam for deep-tech, agri-tech, and green innovation, as well as shared venture funding and joint innovation challenges.
“Tripura may be small, but our intent is always BIG. Tripura is proving that innovation does not need to be metro-centric it needs to be mission-driven,” Shri Geshan concluded.
The Tamil Nadu Global Startup Summit 2025 thus became a defining platform showcasing how emerging innovation states like Tripura are adding fresh energy, resilience, and diversity to India’s global startup movement.

World Architecture Day: Merino’s Grande Vision for Seamless Design
India, 11th october 2025:Architecture is often described as the meeting point of imagination and material. On World Architecture Day, it feels important to recognise the vision of architects & also the role of materials in helping those visions come alive. At Merino, this belief has always been at the core of innovation i.e., creating solutions that do both: support design alongside upscaling it.

From pioneering engineered surfaces to setting new benchmarks in sustainable manufacturing, Merino has consistently worked with one guiding idea: design should inspire, perform, and last. This approach has allowed the company to become one of India’s most respected names in surface solutions, trusted by architects, designers, and homeowners alike. The journey has been about listening to the evolving needs of the design community and responding with products that redefine what’s possible. The Grande Collection is a perfect example of that philosophy.
Rethinking Scale in Interiors
Modern interiors are no longer confined to small dimensions. In the 21st century – homes, offices, and hospitality spaces aspire for openness and fluidity. Architects want to work with planes that feel seamless, uninterrupted, and expansive. Traditional laminates, while versatile, often posed one limitation: size. Multiple sheets meant visible joints, breaking the flow of design.
The Grande Collection was created to change this equation. At 10 feet in height and 4 feet in width, with a thickness of 1.25 mm, these laminates deliver uninterrupted elegance. With no cuts & no breaks, homeowners & architects get free-flowing, uninterrupted beauty. For floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, tall shutters, expansive wall panels, long doors, or long tables, Grande makes seamless scale a reality.
Inspired by Nature, Crafted for Luxury
Grande is a lot more than size. Its strength lies equally in the finishes it offers. With 59 exclusive designs spread across 9 unique finishes, the collection provides architects with a broad yet carefully curated palette. Finishes include Feather Touch, High Gloss, Linea Wood, Luxe, Timber, Veneer, Woven, and more: each bringing its own texture and depth.
From 23 sophisticated solid tones to nature-inspired woods, stones, veneers, and patterns, the collection speaks the language of versatility. Every sheet embodies rich, unique textures that reflect modern global design sensibilities while staying rooted in elegance. Irrespective of what you want: understated woodgrains, bold metallics, or intricate patterns, the range has been designed to transform everyday interiors into grand, unified expressions of luxury.
Exclusivity by Design
Grande is a collection positioned with intentional exclusivity. It is meant for premium residential architects and interior designers (AIDs), especially those already working with veneers and luxury surfaces. On the retail side, it is selectively available only through big showroom-type dealer outlets, limited to a handful of partners in each key market. This ensures Grande retains its distinctiveness while giving professionals something truly special to work with.
Built for Architects, Backed by Merino
Merino’s legacy of manufacturing excellence is one of Grande Collection’s greatest USPs. Precision calibration ensures dimensional stability, while the larger size reduces installation time and eliminates disruptive joints. For architects, it means fewer limitations; for installers, smoother execution. Grande also carries forward Merino’s ethos of innovation with responsibility. The brand’s focus on sustainable practices from renewable energy adoption to agroforestry-based raw material sourcing ensures that every sheet is as responsible as it is refined.

Manipal Hospital, EM Bypass, commemorates World Mental Health Day with a focus on elderly emotional care and connection
Mumbai / Kolkata, 11th October 2025: On World Mental Health Day, Manipal Hospital, EM Bypass, conducted a thought-provoking panel discussion on emotional well-being, inner peace, and meaningful connection for the elderly community. The interactive session was moderated by Dr. Kunal Sarkar, Director – Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery, Manipal Hospital, Mukundapur Cluster and Ms. Sohini Saha, Consultant- Psychologist, Manipal Hospital, EM Bypass, in the presence of other eminent doctors like Dr. Abir Mukherjee, Consultant Psychiatry, Manipal Hospital, Mukundapur; Dr. Arijit Dutta Chowdhury, Consultant Psychiatry, Manipal Hospital, EM Bypass and Dr. Anuttama Banerjee, Consultant- Psychologist, Manipal Hospital, EM Bypass. The session was designed to highlight the emotional and psychological struggles of elderly citizens in the contemporary, fast-paced world and to foster dialogue around developing empathy, mindfulness, and social connection in later life.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Abir Mukherjee shared, “With improved healthcare and a longer life expectancy, India is witnessing a growing elderly population, a positive sign of progress, yet one that brings with it newer challenges. Mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive impairment, dementia are highly prevalent among the elderly, often intensified by social isolation, stigma, nuclear family structures and economic dependence. Lack of awareness and timely intervention further worsens the situation. Additionally, there is a dearth of professional support, failure to adequately address care giver’s burden. It is essential that we, as a society, work collectively to create an environment of empathy, early recognition, and support so that our elderly can age with emotional well-being, dignity, and purpose.”
While talking about mental health awareness, Dr. Arijit Dutta Chowdhury stated, “With the advancement of medical science, human life expectancy has increased significantly, leading to a growing number of people in the geriatric age group. However, this also brings with it a rise in age-related mental health challenges such as dementia, depression, and anxiety. Early diagnosis and timely intervention through appropriate medication and psychotherapy, wherever necessary, play a crucial role in improving the quality of life and emotional well-being of elderly individuals.”
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Anuttama Banerjee opined, “Old age is not an illness but an inevitable phase of life, unique to everyone. As caregivers, our role is to create a supportive environment that helps older people embrace this transition with confidence and dignity. Health challenges should be addressed with sensitivity, without over pathologizing or infantilizing them.”
Moderator for the interactive session, Ms. Sohini Saha, stated, “Mental health is a universal right, and we must ensure that our elderly not only receive care and support but also the dignity and emotional well-being they truly deserve. Conversations around mental health should move beyond stigma and silence to empathy and understanding. It is important that families, caregivers, and communities work together to create a safe space where emotional struggles are acknowledged and addressed. True wellness comes not only from physical health but from a balanced state of mind, where one feels valued, heard, and connected.”
